Holiday Inn Atlanta-Gas South Arena Area, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the best touch was the Dove dispensers,with the soap and shampoo,no more dropping the soap how convenient.

2 draw back to my stay my toilet ran the entire visit, I really couldn't blame the hotel if it was never reported, however I did let them know while checking out, and they need a bell at the front desk there were several occasions were the front desk Assistant was away doing double duties, otherwise this was a most pleasant visit I would and will stay again...and by the way the STAFF was ....COURTEOUS,AND VERY NICE.

The location, as it was in walking distance to South Gas arena. Also, I liked the style of the room and the room itself for comfort, The desk clerk was agreeable to allowing me to have an extended stay even though I chose not to do so after all.

Some of the upscale hotels I have stayed at in other states had agreements with local restaurants, menus provided in the rooms, so that if a person has traveled from a long distance they could order from the restaurant and have it delivered to the room. I had to go back out in an area of which I wasn't familiar in order to buy food before attending the event.

we stayed here bc we were attending a concert at the gas south arena. this hotel was the PERFECT location, seeing that it’s right next door to the arena. was so nice to be able to walk to the concert and back instead of paying for a Uber. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. we just stayed one night but I’d definitely stay here again.

the only thing I didn’t like was that it seemed “the walls were thin” because you could hear the people in the rooms next to you and we could even hear people walking up and down the halls. there was a lot of people that attended our concert that were staying in this hotel that night, so people were up extremely late as the concert didn’t end till late.

The location of things are pretty good. It was clean. The rooms were nice and big.

There was a front desk staff that was very rude. It didn't seem like she wanted to deal with anything or with guests. I asked her if there was a local Target that we could go to and she fired back with an attitude "I don't know, use your phone to look for it. I'm not from here" I noticed her saying that to another guest when they asked where the local Chic-fil-a was at. She then turned around and walked away to the back room.

The staff was very friendly and nice ! The guy and lady's at check in was so friendly and polite very professional. Anything we needed that got on it right away kid friendly. My daughter was 6 years old and she had a blast there ! And loved all the staff . It was very nice and they made you feel right at home

The thing i didn't like was they didn't open there restaurant one day but that was out of there control they didn't have enough employees. They had nothing to do with the staff it was out of there control completely.

I was there as part of a wedding reception, so I was able to interact with several staff members. I do not recall many names, but honestly all were wonderful. Trina in particular was very helpful getting the party in order, and her staff was very welcoming and wonderful. A gentleman who was only on his fourth day, went above and beyond in answering my many questions. Finally, the gentleman who ran the floor for breakfast was extremely attentive to all of the diners. I have unfortunately become accustomed to poor service since the staffing shortages everywhere, so it was refreshing to encounter nothing but fabulous service for my entire stay.

The only downfall were some folks who were being very loud outside, but that was not the fault of the staff.

The only thing that I did not like about the breakfast is that it wasn't noted in the room description that breakfast was $12.95 per person. The reason that I chose this hotel over another was because it showed breakfast, I had already eaten before I realized that it was not included!

They did not honor the cost from my Booking.com reservation and the cost for breakfast! I had not bugeted for the $60 that I had to pay for both of these!

The hotel was convenient to Enhypen concert and very comfortable.

The first elevator was broke when we got there and by the second day the other one broke as well. My room was on the 5th floor and I have some health issues so was not happy about walking up and down 5 flights of stairs. However, was a little understandable since the concert was sold out and many people staying there.

The location is great if attending an event at the Gas South Convention Center. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Free parking.

No meals other than breakfast currently being served with no restaurants within easy walking distance so you always have to drive somewhere to eat. Breakfast is only served until 9:30A. Would like it a little later.

We were there for a concert that started at 12:00 noon and didn't get out until 11:30 that night so all we really. got to do was sleep and leave. Beds were very comfortable and it was in walking distance of venue. The staff was all very friendly and nice.

If breakfast had been included we would have eaten there but at the price and not knowing how good it would be we ate elsewhere that we knew would be good.
