Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Duluth/ Gwinnett Place

Room had a nice amount of space. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and personable

Only issue was the main tv didn't work properly. For some reason it wasn't connected to the internet and there was no way to fix it or hook up my own laptop.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time the staff was wonderful everything was nice and clean the room was exceptional comfortable and the location was awesome thank you for such a comfortable stay

the bathroom was not cleaned enough. there was g he air in the shower and around the toilet. some towels were dirty too. the lady at the front desk was not nice. we did not feel welcomed.

First of all the lady we checked in with the evening of our arrival and the gentleman we dealt with during the daytime were first rate. Friendlier they could not be. The hotel was nice and clean. It wasn't until we got to the room that you could tell that it had been refurbished. Having said that, it was done well. Thought the beds were going to be uncomfortable just by looking at them, but they were not uncomfortable. Slept well. If it weren't for covid restrictions, it would have been nice to enjoy the lounge areas and possible the resturant/bar.

Because of Covid the breakfast wasn't great. Because of Covid could only use certain doors and made going to room a longer trek then necessary. So I guess I don't particularly like Covid.

The ladies at front desk were amazing and super helpful. They were so pleasant.

The only 2 things I wasn’t ecstatic about was where the elevator was located and the shower not being updated.

Totally enjoying my stay with The Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. From the moment I entered the lobby I was pleasantly greeted by Representative Lahassa and she was quick to resolve a slight problem for me. Gaius, the overnight representative, answered all questions and concerns. Lastly, but not least, GM Christine is totally about meeting all of her client’s needs. No doubt, without hesitation, I will refer family, friends and neighbors!

Customer service was great and had a problem with TV and the associate came right to the room and tried to fix it but couldn't so he continued to fix issue until it was done and I thank him for his service.

Great location but traffic can be a pain. Super close to the mall and Gas Arena for concerts! Staff was friendly and very clean rooms/areas.

I love the pool nice and relaxing. The staff was really nice.

The area the traffic was wild. I didn't Like how it's close by the interstate.

Close to all the stores that the wife needed to visit. The staff at this Hotel were professional, kind and caring. The night shift lady who’s name I don’t remember was kind and helped me with letting me bower her Apple plug so I could charge my watch, truly a Blessing.

Found hair in the shower, other than that the room was clean
