Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf

The room was very spacious and clean.

It was connected to an adjacent room and you could hear pretty much everything that was being said in there.

the location was perfect and everything about the room was comfy, cozy, and clean. the staff was super helpful and very nice. the breakfast is amazing with made to order food! I will definitely be staying at the embassy suites from now on if it is available near where I am traveling.

the only negative to this property is that on the second night of our stay 2 out of the 3 elevators stopped working. we had to take stairs up to out room because the line for the elevator was too long! and on top of that we had to wait to try and get the elevator at check out and ended up riding it all the way to the top floor just to be able to get back down with the luggage cart.

It’s very center breakfast was very good. Stuffs very nice some of them not.

 We ask our room to be cleaned they clean not half of a room all they don’t  put enough towels they don’t  put enough toilet paper never touch any shower it’s disappointing and we ask front desk to extend complimentary half an hour, but they charge us the whole day

The bathroom could have been cleaner and we had a issue with another man was given our room key to check into. Thank God we were there and up/ dressed. We told management and they apologized but still we didn’t appreciate it.. Other this issue, the property is nice. The room is a great size, it’s comfortable. Staff was nice for the most part. I have stayed here before and I will recommend to others.

Glasses in kitchen could have been cleaner as well as bathroom could have been cleaner.

The hotel was modern and inviting when you walked into the lobby. The staff was helpful with answering questions regarding the concert the evening we checked into the hotel. The mattress was super comfortable as was the pillows. The room was clean and we felt comfortable.

The breakfast was sparse by 9:00am and not replenished. Many guests were looking for sausage or bacon, biscuits to go with the sausage gravy, muffins, bagels, etc and none was brought out for guests. I have dietary restrictions and was very limited on the selection since the food was not replenished.

The property was gorgeous as this was my second stay here. it was close to everywhere we needed to go.

The bar staff was very rude. The man that checked me in told me ALL drinks were complimentary during happy hour. After our drinks were finished we got up to leave and the bartender yelled after us to come back and pay a bill we didn’t know we had. It was very embarrassing and rude.

The room was very spacious, had two tvs one in the living room and the other in the room. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of options to choose from. Then the location was exactly where needed to go, next to the Arena for the Evanescence Concert.

I didn't like the mirror in front of the toilet seat, seems like an odd placement and that there was no bathroom fan. I also didn't like that they sold microwave food but no available cutlery. When we approached the front desk if there were any, just so we could purchase one of the lean cuisines. They went in the back to look but didn't go into the kitchen, so really didn't care too much and simply said "we don't have any". So, we didn't purchase anything to eat there then, seems ridiculous you have a full kitchen so yes you do have utensils, it was the wanting to walk over there to find some for us.

Happy hour&the breakfast

when I went through booking.com it was horrible.Embassy had charged my card because the payment didn't go through with booking& they charged me twice of $271 and some change then they took another $234 from my account that was my bad experience with Embassy&still trying to get all my money back. I won't ever pay through booking.com again had a real bad experience.

Great breakfast, nice indoor pool.

Had shrimp and grits for dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was completely unseasoned. Mattress in the room was a queen, not a king we reserved. The mattress was also way too firm in my opinion. My shoulder and back were hurting in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, superb breakfast and restaurant and I loved the pool.

I did not get the accommodations that I requested. I wanted to stay an additional night and I told the front desk that when I arrived I did check the price and it was the same price that I had initially paid. The staff told me to come back in two days when I was initially scheduled to check out and book the room for an additional day. When I did that the room was significantly higher in price and the also did not give me my AARP or AAA discount, There reason for the increase was that the hotel was fully booked on that day. Beware and never wait to book an additional day Also my iPad that I had left behind was never returned, however that was my fault.
