Kinda not up to what was on the menu out of slot different foods and not restocking when things got low

The office man running around telling people not to smoke around your room could have handled it a different way he was hateful

The location was great the food was good the bed was good.The floor in the room was dirty and didn’t look cleaned.

Well an elevator would have been great especially when you have luggage to take up stairs and no one informed me of that when I booked.I did see an elevator but it was out of service.The door to our room was in very bad shape and was very hard to open.I had a very bad experience with the guys guys blowing the leaves off the parking lot.He didn’t even stop for us to leave and he blew leaves all inside my truck and all over the outside and I was yelling for him to stop.I have a brand new truck and I did not appreciate that one bit.I checked my paint to make sure there was no nicks or scratches when I pulled over to the gas station for fuel and get the leaves out of the inside.The guy that was with him had to make him stop.No respect for others☹️

The staff was nice and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, had lots of channels on the tv to pick from, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the location was perfect for us with a playground right across the street and easy swim access to the river right across the street as well. It was in walking distance of downtown but not to close so it’s still relatively quiet. Gas station across the street in front of the motel. A great restaurant (Big Daddy’s) next door that had very nice live music.

The door frame to our room was very clearly damaged as if someone had broken in for whatever reason so that was a little uncomfortable that it was damaged. Also pictures on the booking site showed a waffle maker in the breakfast area but we were very disappointed when that was not there at breakfast time. The breakfast was really lacking.

it was right near town and the river, had a fitness center and pool even though we didn’t get to swim due to it being cold outside it’s a great feature along with the gorgeous scenery and the seating under the trees, they have continental breakfast which was ok just wish they had more variety.

there are bugs. lots of roaches. they had traps down behind the tv but found one on our bed and LOTS more behind the tv and all over the desk when I woke up in the morning. I guess they were searching for heat inside the tv box on the back of the desk with the microwave and mini fridge. but other than that it was great.

Love most of the staff super accommodating and helpful. They keep breakfast up long enough for people to enjoy. Some places I've been have it packed up and no trace by 830.

One of the front desk women is the unhappiness non engaging impossible to like humans I've ever seen. The others were like lifelong friends after 1 day. I frequent this place and Mrs evil wouldn't allow me to check in until 4pm it was 315 on a rainy day. So I went next door and waited at a bar..about 430 I checked in to the same room I usually get that no one had been in since 315 after being told no rooms were ready yet. They had like 6 rooms rented. But when I checked in with other girl she gave me a free upgrade to waterfront suite. If the rude one worked for me she would be fired immediately if I could catch her at her desk instead of out on the bench out front smoking and on cell phone.

The staff was super nice. Our room was clean and had a great view, especially now that the Christmas lights are up. The room we initially reserved was still being cleaned when we came to check in, so we were given a more expensive room for the same price. It was a much needed relaxing getaway.

I did see a small roach near the food at breakfast, but that was the only time I saw one our whole stay, so maybe they were just near the front where the doors are opening and closing a lot. The breakfast could’ve been better though, there weren’t many options.

we enjoyed the stay. But the check in wasn't so good. we paid online for the room but when we come in to get our key, the computer wasn't registering the payment right and a manager had to be called. when i got my credit card statement, i was charged the discounted online price PLUS the original price. when i called to get it corrected i was told it was credited back, but instead it was charged twice! as of yet it has not been resolved.

It was convenient to all the restaurants, activities and shops. we had the balcony room which was cool. we could see the river and the car show we didn’t know was going to be there. Room was spacious. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub was a neat feature also! Bed was comfortable and clean.

The only real downside was the hot water wasn’t very hot for our showers. So we had basically luke warm showers and on day two, the water was cold. We had a couple stink bugs but not a super big deal. Other than the lack of hot water, it’s was fine. The jacuzzi tub had plenty of hot water but that was at night when it was used, so maybe the lack of hot water was just because all the other residents were using hot water in the morning like we were.

It was right in town we didn’t have to worry about driving around while it was crazy busy. We was able to get where we needed to by walking.

The sheets were nasty looking. They had some black stains and I notice on the last night we was there that it look like there was blood stains on the streets that was dried up and washed but didn’t come out. Cleaners would of saw it when they put the sheets on. That was a bad vibe for me bc I already hate using bed stuff from hotels.
