Baymont by Wyndham Cornelia

Check in was easy and fast, room was delightful compared to the Baymont Inn located in the Anderson area off exit 19 near Clemson, that one sucked out the wazoo!!! This one was clean, roomy, comfortable and the TV stations actually matched what they said, unlike the Anderson location! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Price, really it was about $75.00 room, not a $125.00 room!!!!!

The rooms were nice, with VERY comfortable beds and pillows. The facility was very nice. One staff member, Gerry, was extremely helpful in making sure our experience fit our needs. She was so polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. She is a gem!

The breakfast was very good, although when I read they served a "full, hot breakfast", I did take that to mean more than a continental breakfast with waffles. There were no other hot items. The staff was very nice, although, on our last morning, one young woman had her very young child with her at work, seated at the front desk eating her breakfast. Considering Covid, this seems ill advised.at best. The woman also stayed on her cell phone the entire time we were at breakfast. I had to ask for a few things that had not been put out, and she stayed on the phone the whole time she was helping me. She was nice, but it was very unprofessional. Also the pool smelled a bit "fishy" and was too hot for us to swim in for very long.

The manager was great! The staff was very nice and attentive. The room is exactly what I expected. It was nice to use the indoor pool when it was cold out.

I wish it was two queen beds instead of full size. But other than that, everything was great.

It was efficient. IT WAS CLEAN! When I say clean I mean the place was clean! Staff cleaned constantly and cleaned well. The facilities were in good condition. Folks were friendly. We enjoyed staying here.

Clean, friendly staff.

Smell of someone smoking pot could be smelled in the hallway also cigarette smoke at times. The pot smell was very strong a couple of days. Managers should look into this and put smoking rooms away from non smoking rooms.

Clean hotel, nice staff, location close to the highway( we just spent a night on our way North)

Need to watch cleaning ppl better around bottom of toilet where it meets the tile had something… I don’t wanna guess but needs to be cleaned… bigger value size shampoo and soap had four ppl
