clean place, well lit parking lot with an Applebys right next door.

a bit hard for us to find in the dark. not that close to the exit.

I liked the cleanliness, the day & night staff/cleaning crew's professionalism, prompt service, welcoming positive attitude, their willingness to help, to go above & beyond. The staff/cleaning crew were very accommodating and considerate of my elderly/disabled mom when cleaning the room. This was greatly appreciated! I also liked the location near many eating places and the indoor pool. The breakfast was delicious 😋. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. I will definitely tell my family and friends about BestWestern plus. If you're in Atlanta this hotel is worth the drive!👍👍

I liked everything.

The location, and staff especially kitchen host Debbie was fabulous food was great service was exceptional! All the front desk staff were friendly answer and assisted with any needs and very informative about the area events and surrounding areas! And housekeeping staff were great! I was very impressed and will definitely be back!

The breakfast was very good

The bed was not comfortable! Needs a new mattress. It felt as though you were rolling off one side.

It was close to restaurants

I had trouble checking in at first due to the fact that they didn’t accept Chime account debit cards. Which was a big inconvenience to me since that is the only card I have. If I had known that ahead of time I would have been better prepared or not have booked with them at all. I had a knee injury and did not have my own transportation, so walking to find an ATM was terrible for my injury. If this was a an issue with the hotel management, I would think the hotel itself would have an ATM within their property just for these kinds of situations. Also found a roach come out of the bathroom on my third day stay. Other than these issues my over all stay was satisfactory and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I was pleased with everything

I didnt like the fact that I booked my room back in January thru booking.com and when i got to the hotel, I didnt have a room. My stay was from 9/2/22 thru 9/4/22. They put me and my family all in a room the first night, the the following day we all had our rooms. Other than that everything else was nice. The canned drinks were $2 and the candy bars $2. That was unacceptable! The pillows had a smell to them.

The desk staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I needed some printing done and they happily did that for me. The entire hotel staff was very kind and efficient. Very clean! Location was great - in more quiet area. Two restaurants right next to the property, so very convenient.

The free WIFI stopped connecting towards the end of the stay.

The property makes sure to keep up the safety guidelines put into place to make sure everyone is safe.

Not this particular visit, but I recently went into the facility Monday night and whoever was at front desk was super rude and was on the phone while I was talking to her.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the 10% discount provided to the Applebee's next door. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the night check-in at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.

The elevator was VERY slow, and despite Booking.com saying the property had a hot tub, it did not. We were very disappointed by that. There was also no lighting over where the beds were, which made it very difficult to see since we checked in late at night.

Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was very well lit and safe. Great free breakfast. The pool looked great but we didn't use it. Absolutely no complaints and was the perfect stop from the drive from FL to IL. Hotel was a little pricey for a 12 hour stay, but it was a holiday weekend.

Price was a little high for 1 night.
