The location was a good stop during our travels. The check in was fast and friendly. The breakfast was good but standard stuff.

The $75 pet fee - almost as much as the $119 I paid for the room! I had checked pet friendly during my booking hotel search, but should have read the questions to find the fee "before" I booked. The fees for Pet friendly hotels should be more visible on the web site. Other hotels were $20/pet. The room is a modern and Unique design and somewhat small but only had light controls at one side of the king bed. Bring your ear plugs for the freeway noise.

It was so pretty, clean, and fun 🥰 We enjoyed the hospitality from the time we checked in to our in and out excursions. At night, we sat and talked in the lobby while some other guests played pool. It was so relaxing.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The location was perfect. Many shops and restaurants up the street from the hotel. I visit Atlanta often, but I really enjoyed my stay in McDonough. It was an awesome experience.

Everything about our stay was good. The location was great, the staff was very courteous, the hotel cleanliness, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. Great place!

The people were very friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean with good selection. Some items were individually wrapped for protection. That is much appreciated.

The sound from the adjacent rooms could be easily heard and was excessive at times. Some of the surfaces in the room has sticky substances on them. It was not cleaning solution but rather residue from sugary drinks of some kind. Not really sure. The ice buckets were downstairs near the gym. Not sure why they were in such a high traffic area given the current COVID-19 protocols.

The price the location, and it was clean.

When we arrived, there was no towels are wash clothes in our room, we went down stairs and informed the front desk. She told us the maid was not finished with the room, that she would put some put them in there when she was finished. We left and came back 5 hours later, and there was still no towels or wash clothes. We went and spoke to the night clerk and he got it for us. The same day shift clerk that we had spoken to earlier was still there, she herd it was not resolved, no apology or anything for her laziness.

The lobby is beautiful Love the giant Connect 4 and pool table Staff was very nice Awesome location with plenty places for shopping and restaurants Very clean!

The cleanliness of the place and the ability to buy wine (needed after full day of travel).

Having never stayed in a Tru, was disappointed at the lack of a microwave in the room. Didn't notice if there was one in the lobby. The breakfast was adequate, but am not a big fan of bagels, so bread or muffin would have been nice.

Plenty of space to move around, decent view, tremendous staff very friendly and happy to help when you have a question. Great water pressure and stays hot.

One Microwave and was in the lobby, remote for the tv was covered in something pink and came right off when I cleaned it so was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the room, usb charging didn’t work on one side of the room.

Great hotel. This location is a little hard to get to, but only because off so much traffic.

Too close to the interstate. I could hear trucks go by all night.
