Days Inn by Wyndham Metter

The breakfast wasnt great but it was ok, and plentiful. Appreciate having the coffee available in the lobby. The employee at the desk was very friendly. We were headed to statesboro from atlanta and dropped by to check -in. It was a little before time, but she gave us our key and got us checked in so we wouldn't have to worry about it when we returned late that night. The beds were comfortable, and the room well insulated. We did not hear any outside noises during the night, which is surprising being that close to I-16 and other businesses.

The only thing is the road/driveway in. Had to circle and wind our way out of there. No big deal

The hotel and the room lived up to my expectations. Because of the construction at the gas station it was a little difficulty finding my way in. Waze was totally confused. Both of the people that I dealt with behind the desk were helpful, satisfied my request for a 1st floor room.

The only issue I had probably more to do with me than with the staff. I asked what they thought about a BBQ place that I saw on the way in. She recommended one that she liked more so I went there and ordered brisket. Now, I'd lived several years in Texas and favor that style of BBQ where the brisket is thick and juicy. This was the opposite. Maybe it's the Carolina style (which I know is very different) but I could only get through half of it. The fried okra was good through. Again this in no way reflects on the property or staff, but that was the only thing that could have been better.

Close to interstate, easy pull off and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Air conditioner was not on upon arrival, we turned it on assuming it would cool off but it never did, even on coldest setting. We were warm and uncomfortable all night. (we didn't try to change rooms because it would have been too much of a hassle but wished we had) Upon check out I did report the problem to the desk clerk.

breakfast was fair personally I would rather fresh fruit over the fruit cup and being able to choose my muffin or danish flavor instead of 'pot luck'

no in room microwave???? the phone in the room didn't work a bit of a nuisance....my toilet got clogged and the plunger I received had a broken handle, a bit of an inconvenience

Decent and nice for the location staff was very helpful with the check in I arrived early and staff did was possible to accommodate me and my family..

Nothing major the tv could’ve been bigger.. but for the price it wasn’t the big of a deal..

Excellent staff! The room was quiet and pristine clean. Actually, the grounds and interior of the property and hotel were immaculate. I was thankful to find this gem. I had travelled and not slept for almost thirty six hours when I found it. It is definitely a blessing on the road!

I think everything was exceptional. The entire staff was professional and kind. The property was well kept. Service exceeded what I have received at more expensive properties which I will not use now that I have this Days Inn on my travel route.

The front desk clerk was so helpful and accommodating. She found us a room that met our needs. The bed was so soft and comfortable.

I wish breakfast was more substantial, but the coffee was great.

It was clean and reasonably priced.

The breakfast consisted of a carton of oatmeal, hot water, juice, coffee and powdered creamer. I hate oatmeal. Creamer could have been real dairy! We went across the street for breakfast.

Because of covid and many businesses being short staffed, I thought the idea of breakfast in a bag is a good one. I liked the cleanliness of my room.

I wish there had been a microwave in my room.

location, easy to get to right off the interstate, gas station nearby, several places to eat by the restaurant, price reasonable

nothing, everything was excellent
