This is a favorite stay when I am in the Vidalia area. The hotel is quiet, rooms are ample, and clean. The lobby is very inviting with a nice fireplace. The hotel sits on a nice property overlooking a lake with trees and ducks. Kids love the lake area and can feed the ducks. Next door you have a great southern restaurant and close by the antique/collectibles market, The Red Wagon which is fun. Make a special trip about 20 mins away to Swainsboro and their nice downtown, and have a casual but beautiful lunch buffet in the old mansion, The Coleman House.

I loved the tile in the lobby, with a welcoming homelike environment. I liked that the pool was indoor very clean and somewhat deep. The pond was beautiful, we enjoyed watching the fish swim. I appreciated the pleasant smell in the room, and peace and quiet, and beautiful view out the window Thank you it was very good for a good price

The bathroom was a little small. There was not enough artificial light the window had to be open for enough light. There were no towels in the pool area, but the sign asked us not to leave the pool soaked.

Loved how friendly the front staff was and the size of the room. Highly impressed and will definitely stay again.

Only thing we did not like was when making reservations it said the pool area was closed when in fact it was open besides the hot tub. Also did not like the breakfast in the morning. Did not offer that much. What was offered took awhile to be able to get and was not allowed to make our own plate so was given a small amount as the lady stood there watching us eat which felt uncomfortable. Also need to have signs up on the front door and on website that y'all do not allow any type of weapons with the fact we are cwp holder's and had to find out from the folder in the rooms where it said we were not allowed to bring them inside and if we did it was at risk of being kicked out.

The property was very nice and always smelt so good when you walked thru the door. Adrian always had a smile on his face when/if we needed anything. He really was a wonderful clerk.

The rooms could be a little cleaner. Trash under the couch/left over and food finger prints on windows. But the main things were clean.

Staff was very polite and friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Nice hot breakfast.

Our stay was 8 nights long and the hot tub/jacuzzi was closed our whole stay. This was very disappointing to us because it was an amenity we chose this hotel for. We have one at home and we use it on a regular basis as part of a therapy regimen for our backs.

Pool and spa, outdoor patio with grills, friendly staff.

Grills just need to be replaced. Missing grates on one and very rickety on the other. Only thing I just wasn’t 100% ok with. Left me a little skeptical to use the grills but we made it work!

The location was a total surprise. It felt more like I was staying on my own private island, my estate serene and my backyard a nice water feature with its own resident great blue heron fishing on the banks. Patio with barbecue grills, super relaxing jacuzzi, walks around the property all were a bonus.

I always enjoy the friendly staff. although they are short staffed they were still pretty efficient with the exception of the pool area needing towels and bathroom not the cleanest

Knats in. Our room. They were very frustrating

I loved the apartment…. it was very spacious and comfy… the kitchen area was very large

Not so many channels on cable tv…. it needs to be undated … it was dirty dishes put back in the cabinets…. and no thick comforters on the bed

I love the room I love the fact that it did have a balcony the beds were very comfortable and the staff was amazing everyone was friendly especially the lady at the front desk named Becky I loved her spirit and her personality.

I did not like the fact that I pay for a room with the balcony so I can view the lake and the trees blocked it so I really did not get the view that I paid for.
