Clarion Pointe Vidalia - Lyons West

Waking up to a breakfast of sausage and eggs with along with a good variety of sides the coffee was always fresh the spa was a nice way to relax the pool was a good size for an inside pool..the bathroom mirror was touch to activated and it had 3 different hues the double room was a nice size..the grounds was quiet and well lit i felt like my vehicle was safe. the staff was pleasant I would have taken pictures but the ones with the description are a true representation

My room was on the first floor so it didn't bother me but the fact that there is no elevator could have been an issue if I was on the second floor. The sign was very small I drove past the entrance twice

Hotel has recently been renovated, everything is very clean and fresh. The workout facility was really nice, with towels, TV's, water, etc. The workspace in the room was nice and the beds were very comfortable, we slept well. I also liked the stocked fridge of drinks that were available for purchase for a reasonable price which was convenient when we got in late and we didn't feel like driving anywhere to grab a drink. Staff was friendly. Great value in terms of what you get for the price

I wish the breakfast was served until 10 instead of 9

The room had a fresh, clean smell and the decor was pleasing. The one thing I thought that could be conceived as a negative was that our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. But the wonderful young lady that waited on us told us she was going to load the cart with our belongings and carry them upstairs. That was extremely nice and very apologetic about the lack of a 1st floor room because they had so many people coming in that day and there was only 2nd floor rooms available. Nice comfortable stay!

Clean rooms, friendly checkin staff...Alicia was very cool. I was just there for the night before heading to Sylvania.

I don't think the clerk saw me when I was standing at the counter. She was assisting a guest on the phone and I guess looking at the computer. I just put my room card on the counter and left. No elevator but not a long way to walk.

I loved how friendly the staff was and the refreshments provided was exactly what I needed without making extra trips to the store. I loved the workout room as well

I wish the tv had more channels or you could stream Netflix or different services on it but you couldn’t so the tv in the room was pointless also I wish the pool was open

Enjoyed the soft, plush towels. The pillows were also quite comfortable. The young lady that greeted us upon arrival was very pleasant and helpful.

We anticipated queen beds in our room, but had doubles. Made things a little tighter than anticipated. Would have loved more breakfast options.

Alicia at front desk was a joy. She was so pleasant. I made a mistake with reservations she help me fix it. Everyone was so pleasant. I felt very comfortable. I will surely stay again.

looks like they are currently upgrading but it’s for the better. Beds were great and the rooms are updated.

The property was very clean and well kept. The rooms are upgraded and very nice. The beds slept extremely well. This hotel will be my go to every time I visit that part of Ga.

It was good and the facility was clean and the location was great we'll be coming back

There was nothing that I didn't like about the facility everything was neat and clean and I will be coming back
