Friendly staff, clean location.
The pancake machine was off for the last 30 minutes of breakfast. Seemed like the lady on duty wanted it to stay clean so it wouldn't take more time. Another day it had an error warning for batter. I advised front desk and they tried to fix but pancakes came out tiny.

Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast and good choices.
Cannot say I disliked anything. There for a birthday and everything went off without a hitch. Cannot understand the drastic increase in nightly rates. Should give rewards members more incentives. Stayed at a Quality Inn prior to reservation to defray cost of the room and I am a Gold member. Seems reward levels mean nothing to IHG!

the pool could have been bigger, and if it can’t be made bigger, then cover it and make it an indoor poor, but make it like a sun room. this will enhance the property as well as draw more people and bring people back to stay!

We paid a little more this time tab usual. We travel once a month to visit family nearby. We always stay here because we love the quietness, cleanliness and overall value. However, we paid more this time. Signs of the times, I suppose.😒
