The location is a little bit out of town, but was fine. Not a lot of road noise. Overall, the property was quiet so it was easy to get to sleep. There were a fresh set of towels and washcloths and bed made daily.

The shutoff valve in the toilet needed to be replaced. I replaced the flapper and that helped some. The sound of running water in the toilet was not as soothing as a waterfall or the ocean, but we were able to close the bathroom door and that resolved the noise issue. Towels were a bit thin.

It’s an older building, but the rooms are spacious and clean. Mine included a small fridge, freezer and microwave, as well as a sofa and coffee table. The parking lot lights are very bright; however, the curtains are the blackout type, so the streetlight or security light doesn’t get into your room after dark. AC worked great - I actually got chilly in July. The check-in process was quick and painless. The premises were quiet all night (on a Friday night over a holiday weekend). To see downtown Rome, you’d need to drive there. It’s a couple miles to the south of the hotel.

There’s nothing I can complain about, given my experience and the very fair price compared to other area hotels.

Although the building is older, the facility has been remodeled recently and is in good shape. Everything is clean and comfortable. A large grocery store is very close and other shopping, including restaurants is not far away. The proprietor is friendly and helpful.

The property is next to an empty lot and is not close to downtown Rome.

I selected this over LaQuinta, etc mostly because it had better reviews. Just as other reviewers say, it's clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff is courteous and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us as we were in Rome for the USTA Championship and the Rome Tennis Center at Berry was only 4 minutes away. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Typical of motels, you can hear when your neighbors leave and let the doors bang shut, but it was far enough off the road to not have a lot of road noise.

Walls are a little thin. My upstairs neighbor had his TV on pretty loud and I could hear it, but that was in the middle of the afternoon, nothing too late.

The rooms were very clean and neat and the A.c. was really cold it was a good rate and a nice room

I didn't like that the store across the St close so early but guess that wasn't the hotels fault

This hotel, although outside appearance looks from the 80s. Inside was clean and comfortable. They came in every day and changed the towels out, added TP. Etc. Very nice service.

This place is awesome. I left an earing behind and I called them to hold it. They went out of their way to mail it to me. Recommend this place highly. It's very clean. They have the biggest TV I've ever seen in a motel!

The room was good sized very clean and comfortable

Had a lightbulb out by the bed which made it very dark told the front desk it needed to be changed and they forgot so the third night they came and changed it after I reminded them again

I really like the cleanliness of the motel and the comfort zone feels really comfortable and it's really quiet. Overall I highly recommend this Motel to anyone needing a place to stay.

Really isn't much that could be be any better it's a great place to stay but the manager or owner is very strict and threatens to kick people out too easily.
