Baymont by Wyndham Adairsville

Room was very clean. No sign of bedbugs. I stayed 4 nights. Staff was very helpful and courteous. My TV hàd a problem. Maintenance came to fix it quickly. He was so apologetic about it. Maids were so friendly and kind too. It's very quiet where it sits. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was so polite and helpful and the room was large, clean, and comfortable

Television didn't work, manager on duty said he would be by to fix it...never showed up.

Size of the room was good. My emotional support animal was no extra charge. Good value for the money. Roomy shower.

The grounds were very unkept and in need of attention. Only two, undersized pillows on the king size bed. Online information indicated free breakfast, but there was none and no reduction in price. There were a few roaches in the room!

The location was convient. The rooms were non smoking. The staff was very friendly

Food was left in our fridge from a previous guest. The bathroom floor needed a little more cleaning. The breakfast service was still on hold due to Covid, although every hotel we have stayed in has resumed or gone to an alternate. The price for our room was reasonable for a higher end hotel but not for this Baymont.

The only nice person was a Pakistani guy.. He try to speed up my checking in , but that older guy was nice just with white people..and Pakistini employee was on training he needed help and the other guy make me wait a lot time.

Night shift person was not nice.. I was been driving for 10 hour when I arrived to the hotel my room 122 did not have a microwave ..I travel with my 2 kids. I went to front desk to asked where can I warm up my food . He asked how many day are we going to be there I told him just one day but I need to warm up my food... He told me give 10 min I am going to bring you a brand new microwave.. He never did it... First hotel that I have been with not microwave.

The property was quiet, quaint and tucked away.

The staff modified my reservation and were not honest about how it happened. They also repeatedly tried to run my card because of the mistake they made. Also, called my and another guest’s room number aloud as other guest were present.

Needs a lot of work. It appears they are remodeling right now. There’s no closet, no phone, no clock in room. The room was spacious and clean , Bed was ok but needs replacing with better mattress as the one we slept on was hard . Needs more pillows that are larger and fluffier. The room smelled musky. The windows are very dirty and need cleaning. It was an ok place to rest for the night . There’s no coffee or breakfast things.Everywhere we have stayed always has breakfast in to go bags and always have coffee available. This place has neither.. TV is tiny ,needs to be much larger. It was a decent price at $64;@ night for King bed.

Needs a lot of things,better mattress, bigger TV, clock,phone, Coffee in dining area that serves no foods or coffee ever,needs better pillows. Needs beds and pillows and comfort like Comfort Inn and Suites has .

Easy access to highway.

LED Lights on all night outside windows of every room makes it hard to sleep as the curtains don’t keep room dark enough.
