Staff was friendly, we rode our motorcycle, there is a parking spot for a bike, that was nice but need a couple more spots because they was a few bike there. Shower had really good pressure. We had a king bed that was very comfortable and the pillows as well. Overall a nice place to stay and if we are in Rome again we would be happy to stay here again.
Bathroom was small, had a few broken things in the room, glass closet doors, light fixture in lamp but no big deal. Needs a heater/exhaust fan in yhe barhroom. The biggest issue would be out of there control, the road up, its on a really steep hill so in the winter months i would say it would be tricky going up and down if there was any snow or ice.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and the staff is really friendly. Checking in was simple and quick. The gentleman that checked us in was so kind and helpful. We had traveled all day and were exhausted. He was so nice and so polite. Thankful for such an awesome welcome.

Breakfast was not ready at posted time.
New remodeled rooms are beautiful. Noticed many more convenient electrical outlets. Needed more than me little bar of soap. Possibly one for lavatory and one for shower.

Staff was very friendly. I forgot to bring a toothbrush and staff was kind enough to provide me with one. She even asked me if I had a toothpaste. Room was super clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And we loved the fact that the hotel was pet friendly! It was a very comfortable stay.
They appeared to be short-staffed (one person in the morning was responsible for handling the breakfast, checking out guests, answering the phones, etc). But he was on top of it all and had a great attitude!

I liked the breakfast the rooms where larger. The staff was friendly. It was a much better place to stay than our previous stay at the red roof inn.
I wish the pool would have been open.
