Wyndham Mauna Loa Village

Pleasantly surprised by the property. You never know what you are going to get when booking online but this property did not disappoint! The front desk staff was so accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for our needs and allowed us the ability to relax after a long day without feeling on top of each other. Loved the access to the pickle ball courts!

The lack of interest in helping us from the concierge. We were told to ask her for support but she seemed uninterested in helping and did not give us any reos or offer to help us schedule anything. We ended up going to the concierge at the Outrigger next door for support on activities and she was so great. Was disappointed we did not get that from the Mauna Loa concierge.

Essentially a one bedroom condo on a resort complex. Multiple pools around the site meant we essentially had our own pool for our two night stay. We were able to extend our checkout due to a late departing flight which made things much more comfortable for our little one. Free on site parking. Close by to large grocery store and some nice restaurants.

The gym was closed. I tried calling and messaging ahead regarding our extended check out but got no response at all. Even when checking in I asked and was told it would be considered by management. It took more than 12 hours of being on site that we got an answer (Which was yes...so positive in the end but took much longer and much more effort than expected)

Villa was spacious with all that was needed to be self contained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot to stay. The grounds and gardens were well maintained. Great pool facilities. The Tuesday night Mai Tai and hula performances were great.

The location for us was a bit out of the way, you definitely need to hire a car to get around.

Upon arriving we were greeted by Cindy. Great personality! Very well explained in how our check in process works. Front Desk very informative in how to get to my unit and gave all information for services offered on property. My request for unit close to a pool was honored. We had a great time and weather was perfect. We live on the island but it was hard to leave.

Large rooms and living area, clean and comfortable.

Taxes billed after had not been mentioned anywhere . Car parking quite a distance for transporting groceries.

the beautiful view on golf courses, spacious, clean, very comfortable, well located, very helpful advice for making reservations …

the pools are small. design is old fashioned.

Room was large with all amenities needed. The private baths were excellent.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was not clean. Lots of debries in both.

hotel was clean..it was a nice stay, and they don’t really bother you. if you need anything. just call. I like that. it’s awesome beautiful and will definitely come back!

staff are really nice and professional, location is great and the pool was just in front of our balcony. definitely visit here next time
