Holiday Inn - Nampa, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and welcoming. Justin was very nice and helpful to us, which made the stay more enjoyable. kudos to him.

We had just one little hiccup with the stay. if we were told I don’t remember but my friend didn’t hear either that we had to hang some on the door for cleaning service. I found out from one of the housekeepers. the placard she showed me for full or partial cleaning was not in the room. so I got some towels and washcloths from her and it was fine. I mentioned to the front desk they may want to make sure one of those was in the room.

Very nice rooms, clean and very comfy! The coffee machine in the lobby is great. There are a lot of dining choices close by and the area is clean. Nice place to spend a night on the road!

They offer breakfast for $12.95 which is a buffet style. I guess for the price I would expect it to be included in the room price. But I have been wrong before!

Brand New Hotel. Amazing room. Super comfortable beds. Staff was super friendly. Room service was amazing. Front desk brought blankets for my Mother. Everything was clean and sanitary. We will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.

Garbage Truck in the morning needs to do his job quieter.

The hotel was centrally located. The amenities that were located around the property were great and lots of variety. Most things were within walking distance of the hotel. Easy access to the freeway. The property outside and in, was clean and well appointed. The room we had was spacious and had a pleasant view of the surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and all furnishings were clean and comfortable as well. All staff that we had interaction with, were pleasant and as accommodating as possible. (COVID-19 protocol for all staff was enforced. Patrons were given a choice as to wearing masks.).

There was not a complementary continental breakfast. However the on-site restaurant was open for a full breakfast meal with many choices, for a separate fee.

It posted a breakfast buffet. Sunday morning they only served people that had a breakfast coupon. So if you did not have a coupon there was no breakfast. At 6:30am we were very disappointed. They said it was because the kitchen wasn't open. How did those with coupons get breakfast?

The Breakfast was excellent! Regular restaurant style! Unlike some other places with the powdered pre made food! Nice Bar and staff. All the amenities you can ask for !!! Definitely staying there again!

Couldn’t get the front desk to answer the telephone from the room! Called twice and let it ring finally gave up! I found a maid and asked my question!

We asked for a room by the elevator, which we got as I was on crutches and mother is elderly. Loved having the breakfast right there. Rather than trying to find one. Got two rooms, one for my mother and me and one for our son who was our driver and caregiver for both of us. Thank you very much for that.

The people were nice

They couldn't explain why my card was charged multiple times and we were told they would just fall off and they didn't. So for a business charging for things they should be able to explain why I was double charged.

Location was great, easy to find right off the freeway and close to shops and restaurants.

No coffee pot in the room so I had to get dressed in the morning to go to the front desk area to make coffee, although it was good coffee

Close to many places, so very central.

They gave me a room that WASN'T cleaned, it was like the previous person just checked out. But they handled it very well on getting me a cleaned room. Stuff happens. Not a big problem for me.
