Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Nampa Suites

The management was understanding and welcomed us like if they knew us. The bar/ restaurant was great. Great drinks and food. Also they had a shuttle if we needed a ride.

Well, there was a stain on the bed. The manager was well understanding and got it taken care of but the head cleaner made it seem it was nothing. I thought it was a little more, especially with blood stain on the bed. The manager took care of it and got the house keeper on board to take care of it.

Love that the restaurant and lounge are open next door....very convenient and very good food and service.

After the upgrade to the rooms....people staying in rooms above are very noisy and make a lot of noise just from people walking across the floor. Appears no sound proofing at all. Heater sounded like maybe a bearing going out....squealed when it was running.

Location off the freeway, spacious room, clean, friendly staff. The room had several mirrors which are a big help to get ready in the morning. There were ample electrical outlets - helpful for charging all our devices. I liked that the sink is outside the bathroom - again helpful when both of us were getting ready for the day. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in generous sizes.

The pool and hot tub were uninviting.

They had luggage carts to put all your luggage on to get it to and from the car.

When I booked the room through Booking.com I had asked for a Handicap room with a walk in shower but was told they didn't have one available when I got there. It did have one grab bar in the shower but it was Hard dragging my legs over the side of the tub, won't do that again.

It was clean and well kept but it could have used some updating. The restaurant next door, Bob’s, Wes very good. I was a little put out that there w as no breakfast in the morning.

It was closer to the freeway but we were not bothered by too much street noise.

I loved everything about my stay at the Shilo. Staff was very accommodating & friendly, room was so clean & comfortable. Thank you Suzanne!

I did not particularly care for all the holds on my card for room fees. It was excess in my opinion, as the holds per night were practically $200 each night. I have yet to get all of the hold funds released.

No breakfast provided, but the facility was decent and worked well for our needs - the kitchenette was great.

We did not get maid service while there

staff was great. rooms were nice.

pool ceiling was questionable. I worry about the condition. spiders were coming out of the ceiling. some tiles were missing. some were rusty.

The property was fine, nothing special. They have a little restaurant that shares the parking lot.

I have nothing negative about the property, room was nice and clean, spacious, staff was super friendly. the only true negative I have is the WiFi kind of sucks, takes a minutes or two just connect and it disconnects or is slow quite often. Also, the phone reception in the area is bad. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Very nice staff. The room was very clean. I have stayed there several times. My only ask is that they repair the holes in the asphalt in the parking area. Great place and very accommodating.

Nothing. It's just inconvenient to have to miss several of the potholes in the parking lot.
