The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and quite large. I felt that I had enough space to spread out even for one night. The small table and chairs were very much appreciated to eat at instead of balancing on the bed. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

At the time of my visit, Sandpoint was experiencing a heat wave. The air conditioners in the pool atrium vent INTO the atrium making the space hotter than a sauna (great for drying out a bathing suit but moving suitcases was uncomfortable). The pool itself was out of commission which was disappointing but the lake was very nice. The walking distances to the parking and the labyrinthine corridors were sometimes a challenge - especially if you had mobility issues (which I do not thankfully). Otherwise the property was safe, clean and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have breakfast available They were doing some maintenance on the pool and hot tub so they were not in use, (but was good , because our room was next to the pool, so didn't smell of chlorine) Did have roadwork going on so was a little more difficult entering and exiting the property

No breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean. Hotel staff was excellent.

The bartender on Friday night was a lazy, rude and did not really care about the hotel guests. She would not unlock the door for easy access to the hotel. Iwaited for almost 30 minutes before I finally walked outside to get in thru the main bar entrance. There were no signs turned on to let people know the bar was even open. I let the hotel clerk know and she went down and remedied the problem. I had one beer and went back to my room. This person should never have a job working with the public. She will cost this business a lot of revenue.

Large very comfortable room. Wonderful king size bed. Employee gentleman was very helpful in helping us find our room

We were right above the pool so had a hard time relaxing while kids were in the pool at night.

It's very quiet and there's plenty of parking.Rooms all have a full length mirror which fulfills my requirements.

The lighting in the rooms is terrible. A king size deluxe room with 3 lamps should be well lit but it's like they use 25w bulbs. Also if you stay in any of the interior rooms you don't have a window to the outside. Kinda feels like a jail cell in that manner.

Great location close to Silverwood and Sandpoint activities with a great value.

This is our second year in a row at the same hotel both years hot tub is not working both years said it would be fixed soon & it was a heat pump issues seems like it’s been not working the whole time also pool is in heated and gentlemen cleaning pool is it very slow in the morning my kids sat and waited on him cleaning the pool for over an hour after it was posted but I would be open and an hour 45 minutes of it was spent on his smoke breaks.

Quite nice shower I like the sinks separate from the toilet and shower

The bathroom light made a lot of noise so you couldn’t leave it on to see to use the restroom late at night and there was no other light to leave on that didn’t shine in your eyes.

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Sandpoint for one night. America's Best Value met out expectations. It was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. The location is only a 10-15 minute drive to all the activities in Sandpoint.

very clean and fantastic staff. the property is outdated but very well maintained, we’ve stayed here a few times and will come back as long as the pool is open in the future.

we chose this hotel for the pool but when we arrived the pool was closed. the mattress in the sofa bed was very worn out and in desperate need of replacement.

The staff especially Gemini were very accommodating, polite and helpful. The hotel is very basic but for the money it’s the best value in Sandpoint if you have a dog.

It’s dated and some guests have left cigarette butts around the property. It needs some money infused into it to improve the aesthetics of the property. The room was clean and nice though and so again it was a good place overall for our short stay.
