Candlewood Suites Aurora-Naperville, an IHG Hotel

Mostly clean facility, some smells but workers maintain things daily. I traveled with my dog, and one evening before bed I took him outside to pee and noticed ketchup smeared on the stair exit door -- yuck. The next morning when I took the dog out the ketchup mess was already cleaned. The staff members that are more managerial are helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted me as needed. Unfortunately I did not ask their names, but recently two gentleman politely worked with me to make sure my stay is comfortable and easy.

Weird smells in hallways.

Location and price was good until we left a day earlier and it changed.

Needs a bigger TV and carpet needs cleaning in hallways and thorough cleaning around appliances in kitchenette bit other than those issues it was a pleasant stay

We stayed there for the first time ten years ago, and that experience was a huge reason why we booked with them again. Hotel is close to the interstate, shopping, and food, the room is very spacious and welcoming, and both stays were great. We'll definitely book again when visiting family in the area.

I only hope I can book early enough next time to snag a king sized bed. :)

The quiet area and friendly staff

We had a room that had some loud appliances, but they all worked so we dealt with the loudness of the fridge and occasionally the air conditioner since neither of then was constant. The staff was great! The fitness room was small but had plent of equipment for a quick vacation workout. I used the elliptical and it was like brand new... we would stay here again.

The beds were wonderful, not soft. The free laundry facility was extremely helpful. Having the kitchenette was really nice.

We think people might be living there on a regular basis, so it seemed a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. I liked being able to cook in the room and avoid the expense of always eating out. The room and facilities were sufficient for my needs.

Could be a more soundproof.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and roomy! I felt very safe, and the staff was always cleaning if they weren't attending to someone!

Not sure that they could control the weather - Lol! Honestly, this is the best place around!

I liked the location lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby including the outlet mall I loved the mini kitchen in the rooms as well

I didn’t like the fact that I had to go downstairs with my dirty towels to get clean towels but it’s okay

I like the location, the staff and overall experience with them. I have stayed NUMEROUS times and rarely have any issues !!;)

Just this past time , I did notice something on the sheet of the bed.
