Best Western Oswego Hotel

The breakfast was amazing, orchistratied by a wonderful woman named Diane who was very friendly with me and my family but didn't bother us at all. Check in and check out was smooth and easy, no problems there. All of the staff were very friendly and quick to help, so much so that it actually surprised me but usually I do keep the bar low. The hotel itself is tidy, clean, no nasty mold smell, and overall very comfortable. The room is fantastic, clean beds that were very comfortable, a fantastic shower (also clean), nice tv with free wifi. I could keep going on but overall experience was great. We only stayed for one night but I honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Kudos to the staff (Diane needs a raise)! We have family out here in Oswego so we will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again.

This was my first time at Best Western Oswego hotel. It was a family trip to Raging waves water park and needed to stay to rest to be on my way to Aurora to visit my brother. The place was clean, the staff was welcoming. We love the breakfast and my ten years old grandson loved the pool. At breakfasts time we meet a lady called Diane she was welcoming everyone and she was very nice. Diane was talking to my grandson and me about the pancakes machines. And let me tell you they were good.. Next time if I have a chance I will stay at Best Western Oswego again. Thank you.

I didn't find nothing wrong.

I stay here often lately as I sold my house and in the market for a new one. I stay with family and once a week ish I stay at this hotel. Someone is available if needed for anything. Breakfast is free and tastes delicious. Staff is always friendly when walking in all the way through checking out.

Stay on the 3rd floor if you can so you don’t hear the steps from other people. I assume someone had children running around and it was loud. But it didn’t last all night thankfully.

It was good, had good options. The eggs were not great but that just may be because they weren't made like I like them. One curious thing though- why was there no sugar at all kept near the cereal; had to go across the room to where the coffee was...made no sense!

For some reason, my room was never cleaned during my whole 5 day stay. Being alone, it wasn't a big deal, but I never got an answer as to why...?!

The breakfast was better than expected. Lots of choices. I especially liked the Denver Omlette and the oatmeal choices. Location was great for me - near the Rush Aurora Hospital.

The staff was really great. They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good for this day and age with a variety of hot breakfast items as well as fruit and juice. The most important thing is that it was very clean.

The location was ok in that it was a short driving distance from shopping and restaurants. But it was isolated in an industrial area and not close walking distance to anything.

It was clean and quiet. We attended a concert and checked in about 11:30 pm and Jarred (the night desk) person was so helpful and very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. I really liked the hotel.

staff were kind. Very quite. wasn’t load at night even with a lot of children staying in this hotel for a dance event. The staff were kind.

The pool is a bit small and our room only had 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4

Breakfast was good and the woman running it was very helpful and very nice!! Ben is the young man that checked us in and he was very helpful and nice!!

The noise from the road seemed very loud.
