Hotel Arista

The food at Che Figata was phenomenal and so was the service. The hotel was beautiful and every detail was very well thought out and personalized. To the nice smart TV that includes a greeting with your name and the bathtub with the bath salts. Room service was great as well and food was delicious. The bathroom in the suite had a TV in the mirror. The spa was also really nice and relaxing. The room was clean and organized.

The bed was large, but ultra firm. The bathroom did not have a fan. Pillows were very fluffy. The spa was very expensive and didn't include a hot tub and steam shower in the ladies locker room. There were a few hairs in the bathtub.

Great staff. Warren was an excellent driver. He took us to our dinner reservations and picked us up afterwards. Greg was also very helpful at the check in counter.

There were loud children screaming and running in the bar area. I feel that was not something that should be allowed. Many of the hotel customers were irritated by the disturbance. We paid quite a bit of money for our drinks at the bar. And it made our experience not so enjoyable or relaxing.

I wished there was an earlier breakfast option as I had to leave for work before breakfast was available and didn't get to enjoy it. I wished they had more options for small bites for room service food, like appetizers.

As always, super beautiful, classy, and smooth, super friendly check in! Everything is clean, the soaking tub is amazing, the beds comfy and room service is always a plus! The downstairs bar is great if you are looking for a quiet little area to have a cocktail!

A pool would be great, but that's not really a dislike

Loved the on site restaurant and wine bar. Super happy that there were gluten free options. The in room soaker tub was fabulous, and the in mirror TV in the bath was cool.

The lack of in room coffee/tea maker was honestly beyond my understanding, and the inability to get coffee/tea past 9pm at the hotel was really disappointing. Lavazza had barely any options except straight coffee/espresso when they were open (no Gelato, no smoothies, none of their pastry, etc.)

I slept about an hour! Mattress in suite was terrible! I tried sleeping opposite side of bed with no luck! Went to couch and once again I sunk in the middle! Very uncomfortable which is a shame cause hotel is amazing!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were a bit worried with COVID-19 how hotels would be handling things, but rooms were sealed, hosts kept everyone socially distanced and masked up; it was clearly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, especially during a pandemic. The staff for room service was incredible, brought our dog treats and meals as well, and the restaurant next door opened just for our anniversary and kept us and themselves safe the whole time. Plenty of space, wonderful amenities, I can't tell you how safe we felt and how much we appreciated the attention to detail on this stay.

Everything was so clean, and that’s hard to find. The restaurant we went to was in walking distance, City Gate Grill and the staff was super friendly.

The bed was not comfortable at all, so myself and my husband were hardly able to sleep.

Everything about this hotel is GOREGOUS and welcoming. The staff was so great. We loved our stay.

Only complaint we could think of was for girls getting ready to go out and for pictures we wanted a little better lighting in the room.
