I got the room for my parents for after a long day of visiting family, they said the stay was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing....I was very pleased with my interaction with Colin and Liz... thank you.
I know it was a holiday, but I wish it was a bit cheaper, I don't have a lot of money, but I found they had the best reviews so it was worth it for my parents.

I loved my stay in Naperville. I had a car and saw Chicago and surrounds. Was there for 17 days all up. My son stayed at north Central College. Will be back next year. 🙂

Tons of kids running around. My car got hit by a baseball in the parking lot. Staff was alright. Parking limited in front. Building surrounded by other businesses. Breakfast wasn’t to good either.

Breakfast was great. On time, organized, yummy! The Housekeeping Staff was great! Although I did not require any services, they always asked me if I needed anything if we met in the hallway. I love that there was always coffee in the lobby.

I like and enjoy the professionalism and courteous staff. The breakfast, gym and the entire facility was excellent.
I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have microwave in it. The customers had to go downstairs in the lobby area to use the microwave.

The location was perfect for us as we spent time in the City and with family and friends in the suburbs. We really just slept at the hotel, we were out all day and would get back to the hotel after 9 usually and get ready for bed. Yet, the few times we needed assistance from the front desk, they were great!
The breakfast was ok, but the eggs weren't very good at all.

Good location with plenty of good food outlets nearby. It is not as plush as the Marriott a couple of minutes away but the rate is much better and you get what you pay for. Clean, comfortable with good staff.
