Sheraton Suites Chicago Elk Grove

We had a quite night and the room was clean.

Air conditioner was abit loud but was so tired we fell asleep eventually. Plus our room came with free continental breakfast and when we went to breakfast a lady asked for our breakfast ticket. We didn't have one. So I asked the front desk about our breakfast because we didn't receive any ticket when we checked in. We showed him our Booking.com reservations ( which said Free complimentary breakfast). He gave us our ticket, but this was very inconvenient and embarrassing.

The staff was extremely polite as well as extremely helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. I generally make at least one trip to Chicago every year. I have made a tradition of spending Thanksgiving in Chicago on a yearly basis as well as visiting in the summer when possible. When I stay for more than a day I usually always stay at the Sheraton Suites in Elk Grove Village. I highly recommend everyone to give it a chance. By far the best hotel for a family spending a few days or longer. I have stayed in similar hotels like the Hilton Home 2 Suites, they are nice and make you feel at home also, but the Sheraton Suites are able to set the selves apart from the competition with their layout of the rooms among other accomodations. The restaurant is amazing also!

Size of the room and it was a quiet room at the end of the hallway. Beautiful lobby.

Check-in staff were VERY unfriendly especially since we were staying for 3 nights; didn't mention anything about food options, cleaning, or lack of, during our stay, no "Please let us know if you need anything, etc." Really liked the liquid soap BUT all the shampoo, conditioner, etc were very manly scented with Warm Oak. NOT appropriate for women. A BIG concern with such a quality hotel as the Sheraton was the cleaning staff had dumped two separate piles of towels and sheets on the 5th floor in front of rooms for over 15 hours. There should be NO excuse for that.

The location was great. Just a couple miles from Mitsuwa and the hiway (away from the chaotic traffic of downtown Chicago). The room was comfortable and had two TVs which was great. My parents were able to use one in the room and I was able to use one in the living room. Staff were really nice. They were able to bring requested items to our room versus us having to go down. That’s a plus. The water pressure was a tad too hot but it wasn’t an issue.

The walls were pretty thin. We heard a lot of noises at night and that wasn’t pleasant to deal with and since we booked for only one night, we were too exhausted to make complaints.

The room was spacious, the pillows were so soft, and the shower was heavenly! We had space to chill in the small living area and were able to sleep comfortably with a tv and nice window in our room.

the bathroom was a little small for two people to get ready, but the multiple mirrors throughout the room made up for it!

This hotel is centrally located to everything I need, yet a little off the "beaten path" so it is very quiet. The rooms are suites, so when I have family visit they are not sitting in the middle of my "bedroom". The bed is comfortable I slept well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not a thing

We got really good value for money. Good to know that pool and fitness area was being maintained and available for use. Staff also seemed friendly and polite. Nice suit.

The concierge, elevators and hallways seemed a bit dated. I also believe there need to be more street lights on the drive towards the hotel and the Sheraton board on the road leading to the hotel needs to be more light on it. Drapes in the room were dated and difficult to use(stuck)

There is some miss communication between website and hotel. The booking said breakfast included. But I asked, they said only for 2. I have 2 kids with me, so total 4. They were nice enough to give me 4 breakfast. But, hope booking.com and Sheraton can work together To fix this breakfast issue.

The front desk staff was amazing, requested a king size bed to sleep with my little ones and the store was beautiful and so clean. Definitely 10/10

Had to call for extra towels there were only 2 towels in the room for 5 days for 2 people.
