Quality Inn Schaumburg - Chicago near the Mall

Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Beds comfortable. Hardwood floors look nice throughout the room. For us it was a nice getaway that was affordable and close to yhe mall and other Resturants within the area.

Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Example bathroom shower/tub tile. Some of the furniture is outdated. Beds need something to keep them from moving. They have wheels but there is no carpet on floor, therefore beds move if you accidentally push the bed.

I was amazed my room had no carpet and it smell heavenly so clean. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was very clean and organized. I will recommend to family and friends ❤️ 😊 💕.

I loved my room 115 no carpet and everything was so clean. I loved the breakfast and the different choices and that your breakfast area was so clean every worker was on point cleaning and disinfecting everything. Thank you all for your wonderful work.

It was clean and comfortable. And the window opened-a real bonus .

We had to shut the window and turn on the air. The noise that the a/c unit made was so loud. But we were cool. Also, the toilet must have been made for children or small adults. So low-VERY difficult to get up.

The location was very convenient for getting to Chicago. I did not get up in time for breakfast however my husband said it was very good. It was quiet so we could sleep well and we did not have time to use the amenities.

The only thing and it is very minor is the train schedule we got at the front desk was for week days not Sunday when we planned to use it. As a result we arrived at the wrong time at the train station and had to call Uber to get us to Willis Tower at the time our tickets were good for.

Loved that checkout was at noon! Gave my family a little more time to enjoy the pool on our last day. Had a very nice breakfast with lots to choose from. In a great location near lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. Definitely worth the money!

Bathroom area in room was a little small. Would have been nice to have extra hooks or racks to hang up wet towels, swimsuits, and pool towels.

Very comfortable bed. Little noise from room next door or outside. Shower and hairdryer worked well. Bus station directly across the road. Waking distance to The Woodfield Mall. Fridge to keep water/drinks cool. Air conditioning.

Poor WiFi signal. Breakfast selection was lacking. Not the cleanest (especially bathroom). Air conditioning was quite loud.

The staff was really nice, and the pool area was much cleaner and well kept compared to surrounding hotels! My family and I went to breakfast and the staff was on point with making sure items were replaced for the next guest, and dining area was well kept! Overall was a great experience and my kids enjoyed their stay

The entrance to the lobby was one of the best I've seen. It was a very cozy room and we had all we needed. A coffee machine, mini fridge, even a pizza place nearby to order.

I really disliked the bathroom area light. It was horrible lighting to try and put make-up on. Definitely needed a way brighter light in that section. Also the bathroom itself had no air fan.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The shower walls and tubs were very clean. We really liked that the sink was separated from the shower and toilet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet, family-friendly hotel.

There was no shuttle to and from the airport. No swimming pool.

The breakfast options were great and The pool and hot tub area very clean and great. Rooms were larger than other Quality Inns we have stayed in the past. Could fit Queen blow up mattress for kids in two queen room.

There were so many kids in the pool/hot tub area you couldn’t swim first night. not the hotel fault. Just too crowded.
