This hotel is lovely and in a nice area. Food was pretty good. Valet/ bell man was a wonderfully nice man! Very helpful and kind!

There was a front desk person named Allison, I believe, who was rude and short when I tried to confirm my late check out. She denied us the late checkout after an earlier front desk person said there would be no problem with it. She was the only disappointing interaction with the whole experience.

I love the warm traditional charm - the fireplace, twinkling lights and high tea. The food and service is excellent!

I look forward to seeing the swimming pool in summertime and renovations on the fitness center. This is where Marriott needs to up their game; they need to modernize while maintaining the vintage heart of the Drake. (maybe even more room renovation.)

We are redecorating our place and I recently had surgery too so my partner and I badly needed a night’s rest. After forgetting my wallet (ugh dumb of me I know and had to go back home to get it lol) the staff was super nice and understanding. I of course had forgotten my replacement bandages too (I was exhausted) they were very accommodating to give me some from their first aid kit. I also needed to eat before taking my meds and their kitchen was closing soon and they took my order at the front desk to make sure I could take them. MY HEROES!! The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking. The food was delicious, the room was super spacious, bed super comfy, the bathroom looked WAY better than mine lol. It was just for one night but they made my night! They were awesome! I sleep so well. I will definitely will be going back for a little weekend getaway to just relax. Definitely worth it. Thank you all so much!

everything was nice and clean and people were friendly. overall nice hotel

there was a couple of things I didn’t like, for one the fact that there was barn sliding door for the bathroom is not something I liked. you can see thru the cracks of the door and it just makes you uncomfortable. Also, the cleaning lady kept knocking for house keeping when we had the DND sign up.

The hospitality was simply amazing.

The rooms are a whole vibe. love the bathroom as well. Room service was incredible. Try the Sassy Margarita! you won’t regret it!!!

I ended up in the hall of a wedding party & children in the next door room. the noise level was high due to the traffic. this was contrary to the first night when it was eerily quiet. it didn’t deter me from wanting to stay again.

Everyone was so professional and very helpful.

The Drake was very, very, very clean, which allowed me to relax and enjoy myself.

I LOVE THAT FACT THAT ALL STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL KEVIN, JAMES, JAZ AND A FEW MORE PEOPLE IT WAS A REALLY NICE GUY @ CHECK OUT HE WAS LIKE A SUPERVISOR I THINK.

As a surprise for my daughter and granddaughter, I reserved the room. they thoroughly enjoyed their stay, your personnel, everything! thank you for taking such good care of my family!
