Price and some of your staff is amazing.

Cindy the front desk clerk kept coming to our room shortly after we arrived telling us to be quiet. We had 3 rooms with 6 toddlers and it was 2am in the morning. We had traveled for our grandfather funeral, they wanted snacks, and to play after being in the car all day. She as super inconsiderate and another worker had the room acrossed from us and she said she never heard us. Cindy was rude, and seemed like large parties of people scared her. Traveling with 6 toddler isn't typical and one of them was crying. Have you ever tried to quiet a tired and cranky toddler in a new environment?

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facility was clean and inviting, my room was roomy, comfortable and clean. Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shopping, highways. Great looking pool, I will use it during my next stay. I felt safe to park and stay as a solo female.

The vending machines only took cash 😕 No hot tub, but the pool looked great.

Clean rooms, clean facilities, good breakfast, great swimming pool. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely stay there again in the future. The beds were a little too hard for my liking but outside of that every thing was great.

Memory foam mattresses would be a nice option to offer when someone registers for roooms.

the hospitality the quietness and respect from staff and other guests anything I needed they had the employee Stephanie let me know everything I needed to know without question tv had good channels and the heat in the pool area was JUST RIGHT

The staff were amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was warm. I booked this hotel for the pool.

The entire room that the pool was in was freezing. There was no heat, so even though the pool was kept heated, it didn't matter. I couldnt even enjoy the pool, which is the reason why we went to this hotel.

While I and my kids were at the pool, there were 4 other kids in the pool area that were running and jumping in the pool. One of them almost jumped on my daughter. Staff was watching and did nothing. There were no parents around either

Cindy was wonderful…..very helpful to our family.

Bathtub/shower was very slick and dangerous. The grab bar was too far towards the end of the tub to be useful.

The staff was awesome. The breakfast was very good. The coffee robust. We needed a late check-out because our meeting was scheduled to end at noon and the staff was very accommodating.

The hottub is closed and the business center internet was hard to log on.

The location for the college for perfect. The rooms were nice. The staff was excellent. Especially the front desk staff. They were just awesome

It was very clean and in a great location for me. Staff was pretty friendly but I didn’t know the balcony was inside the pool area. Other than that it was perfect

They said the room had a balcony which I was excited about however the balcony overlooks the indoor pool so didn’t use it! I was looking for fresh air. Wasn’t a big deal just wasn’t expecting that.
