Quality Inn & Suites Springfield Southwest near I-72

The room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located for what we had planned for a quick getaway weekend (3 nights). Lots of nearby options for eating or picking up something you forgot. Breakfast spread was always clean and food was hot. The lady working the morning breakfast was amazing and attentive to everyone's needs. Price was reasonable. We were looking for a room to sleep in at night as we had full days planned while in the Springfield area and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Spa jets did not have much oomph and did little more than just circulate the water.

Clean hotel, good location with a Target, Walmart, Starbucks, and the rest of White Oaks Mall shopping area around, well lit areas around the hotel. Room was comfortable. Shower was clean. Staff is attentive.

The breakfast selection is limited. Too many sweet things. Would love to see a bit more balanced options. (For example, besides kids yogurt, which is super high in sugar and colorants, there should be a zero sugar yogurt)

the curtains did not meet together to fully close. this disturbed me because I was on ground level facing the parking lot. this allowed light from the parking lot but also would allow others outside the opportunity to look inside. Being alone made this a concern. Also the air unit below the curtains would balloon the curtains out when it was running. I used the hangers with clips on them to keep the curtains together and weighted so they did not billow out into the room.

The hot tub and location

The jets in the hot tub were not working, the pool looked a little unsanitary( greenish colored water), bathtub could have been a bit bigger, the tv could have supported a device like a Roku, two of the outlets in room 104 were out and our comforter had a burn hole

The staff is always welcoming. Overall the room was great.

The bathroom faucet leaked. I left my room for a work meeting and came back to water all over the floor. I had to make sure it was turned off a certain way in order for the water not to leak. The toilet did not fill in the bowl but the bare minimum. The hallway constantly smelled like marijuana which leached into my room.

Arrived early and was able to check in before 3 o'clock.. The manager Rodney was very sociable and knowledgeable and helpful.. The lady who served breakfast was amazing and took interest in helping her guests with breakfast needs..

Not a deal breaker but I was told the chemicals would be in for the hot tub the day I arrived and never happened during my stay.. One complaint at a hotel not bad not bad at all

The location is perfect, plenty of shopping and choices of restaurants close by. The bed was amazing, the room was clean and smelled great(kinda like patchouli oil), lol. The hot breakfast was good, biscuits,sausage gravy, sausage links, waffle maker, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc.

The pool needs freshened up. The paint is peeling, and it was a little rough if you rubbed against the sides.

The hotel clerks were very friendly, kind, polite, patient and treated us like highly-valued cusromers. They answered all of our questions to our satisfactiomn.

Everything was just fine. We would not change even one thing. Great job, guys. We like the way the way that we were treated.

The breakfast was awesome! But even better was the lady that was working! Her name was Cindy! She was SOO kind and friendly! She saw we didn’t have a very good leash so she gave us one. It was a very nice retractable one!! I would not let that lady get away! She was awesome!!!

The hot tub jets didn’t work.

They were absolutely great. Had to stay for a few days because of a power outage. Comfortable bed. Great AC and good value.

Breakfast staff member was extremely rude. It was felt and experienced by everyone present.
