The staff are superb, kind and available. Always willing to assist. We will be returning.
Some small details that typically most hotels miss. Although the cleaning staff were just as cordial and willing to assist, they may wish to add cleaning the a/c vents in the room, wiping the lamp bases, pulling hair out of shower drain. With regard to the patio (which is a really nice refuge), removing the seat cushion and cleaning out the accumulation of leaves and occasional bug remnants would make the space perfect. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the overall experience. Blessings, Ron & Theresa

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Everything was stocked and working. It was very fresh smelling. I will stay here the next time I visit Springfield.

Staff was friendly..when we ask for extra towels,they were delivered less than 10min. I was impressed!! Rooms,hallways,pool clean. I wish ,i had gotten staff's name. From check in ,to housekeeping, everyone seem 2 keep busy and not just sitting around.. they are a asset too this company..
I couldnt find anything ,that bothered me, or that i didnt like.

The King room bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a couch in the room. Also enjoyed the Starbucks cafe.

This was my second stay for business. The location was convenient to the airport and my business meeting. The staff, room cleanliness, comfort and value was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling on business or pleasure in the Springfield area.
The only downside to this business trip was that all of the hotel offerings were not available during the stay (i.e. bar and restaurant, jacuzzi) but of course this was not due to any fault of the hotel but was due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The location was great. Right off the main road way in.
Not as nice of a Marriott garden in as I’m used to but not bad. The Jacuzzi was out of operation, that could’ve been due to Covid though.
