Hotel management obtained a shower seat for disabled guest. Different style of eggs each day. Sausage gravy and biscuits each day was very good.

The location was perfect for what I needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't eat the breakfast, but there were things available!
There really isn't anything to complain about. I know with the pandemic it is hard to have the pool open and regular food for guests. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely use this place again!

My check in was quick and easy. Very friendly. When I checked out, the manager Matt was superb! I was not sure if I was a choice member, so he took the time and looked me up from a different address as well as an old phone number to see if he could find me. I ended up not being a member so he was quick to sign me up. the phone rang and he politely told the caller he would be with them shortly. I feel he gave me full attention and finished up getting me signed up. Choice has a great manager there. Friendly and so very polite and helpful.

Needed a grab bar in the shower. The shower head was on the same side as the entrance to the shower (left side). Would have been best to place the shower head on the right side.

swimming pool was out of order (and we were looking forward to going for a swim). Guest laundry was out of order. Wi-Fi was spotty and I was getting kicked out many times. the breakfast area is too small, so we had to take food back to our room.

Hot tub was not working. Shower door would not stay closed. Trouble with key entrance to room. Sign up to enter with mask on but staff did not have on a mask. None of these really impacted our stay. Would stay there again if ever in Quincy.

Staff was friendly upon arrival and offered complementary bottled water at check-in. The room was very clean with vinyl flooring that made the room feel much more clean! Beds were comfortable and couldn’t hear other guests through the walls.
