The Atrium Hotel on Third

Place is looking great with the remodel. I used to work as manager for the old bar when it was the Holidome. Staff is well trained in friendly service. Very convenient with Drakes having the bar and restaurant and downtown proximity to historic district of Quincy. Was nice to see a huge wedding venue. Well done!

I double charged. The third party I booked through then the Atrium charged me BUT they fixed it immediately upon a single phone call so if I had to highlight one negative thing it would have been that but again great job on the expedient resolution!

While there was an issue with our initial room assignment, property management handled the situation with an apology, an upgraded room assignment and a reduced rate. They were very professional about treating us properly and doing the right thing.

Post-COVID19 breakfast in all hotels are just so limited compared to pre-pandemic. Not the property’s fault. We are sure they will get back to their usual high standard offerings as soon as possible.

Room was very nice and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable and we will be returning often. Overall layout an tastefully designed, classy and yet comfortable.

Due to whatever covid restrictions their breakfast Cafe is closed and the hot breakfast is a "brown bag" breakfast. Containing a sandwich and yogurt, fruit, water and coffee were also available. Not a choice for a diabetic who has carbohydrate restrictions. Pepsi only is available in machines but the only real flavor choices were in the energy drinks or diet drinks. I would have enjoyed a root beer, ginger ale or dr pepper. Machines only took 1 dollar bills or change. We got to thoroughly enjoy our first visit to Drakes and it will not be our last but was a bit disappointed that the splash bar wasn't operational, having a lounge/bar in the hotel was important to us so there would be no need for a designated driver.

Everything was amazing. Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the premises, especially hosting a larger family. Very unique place! The front desk clerk that checked us in, I believe her name was Chanel, was an absolute delight!

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it was a typical breakfast; scrambled eggs (not real), biscuits, gravy (canned), sausage Pattie’s, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Did not like the price of $8.99 for added family members that did not stay with us at the location. We just did not find that worth the price.

Beautiful clean hotel and room. I was running late that night, made a call to the hotel to let them know I would be checking in late, not a problem. Young man at the front desk was super nice and made checking in easy as can be. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, not so crazy about the super soft pillows but there was plenty of them so I could stack them up. For the price and the location I was very pleased and will be staying again when I head that direction. I didn't make it down in time for breakfast because I slept in. Clean wonderful hotel!

Can’t say anything negative about this Hotel

Beautiful onenof a kind place. The staff was super! They went above and beyond. We had a hard time getting all our work equipment loaded out and missed breakfast by a couple minutes. They made sure we had a few things to munch on, on our way out. Found us a cart to help with our luggage which was excessive with work equipment. We were greatful!

Nothing negative to report

Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location. Large room. Quiet. Woman front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful at check-in and both mornings.

Short staffed. Breakfast was not monitored by staff and wasn't good. Other amenities were not open; Cafe, restaurant, bar. Trash from a party in the Atrium on Friday night was still present at breakfast on Saturday morning.

Location was excellent. The room was beautifully clean and everything was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and the atrium was absolutely beautiful. And I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff treated us.

The only complaint we really had were that none of the soap dispensers were full and we wound up going and getting soap and shampoo 10 years. It's such a small thing. It wasn't even a big problem. But it's the only thing that I could think of.

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being right across the street from where we needed to be. With it all being with in walking distance it was great not to have move our car.

The breakfast was very scarce. No bagels, No Muffins and the fruit was old. Eggs were not cooked ,( there was raw egg still running).The eggs were cold, yes I was there when supposed fresh were put out
