Quality Inn & Suites Hannibal

The room was amazing. Very roomy, with a separate bedroom from the main seating area. The room itself was very comfortable, and the restroom was clean with great warm shower, and good water pressure. The breakfast was awesome, and there were options for both warm and cold food. The property has a bar in the lobby, which is a nice feature. There are a couple of restaurants very close (walking distance) which is nice after a long drive. The outside of the building on the front has security cameras in the parking area. Pets welcome! Overall it was a great one night experience.

Everything was good overall, some features of the building seemed old (windows, and bathroom) however it did not detract from the quality of our stay.

It is a beautiful hotel, one of the best we have stayed in in the area. The breakfast area is soooo much better that many other places we have stayed at. The lady on duty was very tentative always checking things and tidying. The food was Hot. (Other places it's barely warm.) She was Great. I wish I had gotten her name. Love love love the set up of the breakfast bar. Was so nice to see a clean area that was meant for serving food and it was well maintained. The lobby is very nice. We actually sat there for a while. Wish the bar had been open. The pool and hot tub looked awesome. Unfortunately I was unable to access them due to a large group of kids. The room was a great size as well as the bathroom. It was so nice having a bathroom you can actually move around in. Everything was clean, even the hallways. Also it was nice to see a microwave in the room. Those have been missing in other places we have stayed recently. Also we appreciated have a table and extra chair in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again.

The outlet/USB port did not work. Wish there was an adults only time for the pool and hot tub.(1 hour) Fire alarm went off...probably one of those kids did it

Location was good and easy to find plus it was clean. We traveled with 2 small dogs and it was nice to be on the first floor close to an exit for potty breaks.

There was one almost empty roll of toilet paper in our bathroom when we got there. Since the tp was like sandpaper I just bought a pack of what I use at home. Also the pillows were not comfortable. They were way too small. Anyone coming here, bring you own pillows!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely wonderful. Good variety of choices. Hot buffet was a nice surprise.

Staff could of been more attentive, waited at front desk along time before someone came out. When I asked about the hot tub working at check in I was told no problems with it. Found out the next morning when I got in that it wasn't heating properly. Disappointed because the front desk person had to unlock the door for me and I told her what I was doing and nothing was said about it, went to the desk to let them know and the girl who let me in said they know and that they having been having problems for a while with it. Someone could of said something considering I asked.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, everything seemed clean.

Need to have waffles available more than 2 hours they took away the waffle maker before 8:30am. The shower was horrible it was broken just hanging on, one of shower heads didn't work. Tv sat so low on the dresser it was hard to watch in bed. The lock had been kicked in and the latch wasn't fixed properly. There was 2 big holes in the bathroom door on the inside and the hot water faucet was broken. The only way I could have the alarm clock and my phone charging was to leave hallway night on cause if you turn the switch off it shuts off the outlet. One the other side there was a lamp but no outlet to plug it into. The room was very poorly designed.

The breakfast was excellent! Many choices and good flavor. King bed was also very comfortable and it was very clean.

The pillows left a little bit to be desired. They've been washed many times and we're soft but pretty small. There should probably have been a couple extra in the closet. We also tried to get an Uber, Lyft, taxi to the downtown and could not get any of the three on a saturday.

Loved the spacious room and the fantastic breakfast! The beds were super comfy too! They were so accommodating for our dogs and helped us out a ton when our moving truck needed roadside service and we were stranded! So friendly!

Google maps has the location wrong and got us lost for 40 minutes trying to find it. THERE SHOULDN'T BE 2 LINDSEY DRIVES!!!!!!

The reservation through booking.com was kinda confusing. We were wanting a king room with a hot tub but somehow booked a suite instead. The front desk was very helpful and was able to get us into a room with a hot tub with no hassle whatsoever. Great customer service.

Be more clear as to what rooms have what when you book them through booking.com

The staff was very helpful even when busy. We were greeted upon check in and given thorough instructions on how to reach our room. The breakfast staff was even better. Very welcoming. They helped my 9 yr old make himself a waffle as I helped my other child get food. Above and beyond. The rooms, though a bit outdated, were clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked that you could open the windows to the rooms and get fresh air.

Things seem to need a little repair or updating especially in the bathrooms. elevator on one side was super slow.

I liked the room was very big!! We got a king suite and it was very comfortable stay for myself and bf and our 2 rambunctious kids!! The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it very much

I just wish they had extra blankets available cause my kids were arguing over the blanket and we went to get another one and the desk reception said there were no extras and liked the hot tub but just wish there wasn’t the huge rock covering the pool view so I would have been able to watch the kids while also relaxing I get the resin behind it for adults to have some privacy but with having kids it would of been nice to watch from the hot tub
