Super 8 by Wyndham Staunton

It was cheap. Clean, very clean. The location is right off the interstate. It's only 20 miles from Litchfield. So if your visiting the area. I recommend it over Litchfield hotels, they are very over priced for the area. It's also a very safe area. They do have a fridge and microwave in the rooms

The beds are older spring type, they make racket when you move and everything moves. The shower head didn't work on all settings. Also water wasn't very hot. I had it turned to max. The breakfast was extremely poor. The orange juice... wasn't orange juice, it was the fake knock off stuff like Tang. No locks to enter the building. After 10pm everyone must go thru the main doors. It's a long walk around the building.

Inexpensive, quiet and out in the country! The staff are very kind and accommodating. Perfect drive for commuting to Litchfield every day. They keep the hotel super clean! The a/c unit controls the room temp perfectly - a must for summer travel. Room darkening curtains a plus!

The tiny fridge freezes everything. Complimentary breakfast could use an upgrade but apparently their franchise license prohibits them.

Funny but the first thing I noticed was that the carpet actually had padding beneath it. The room was large and comfortable with a frig, microwave, and coffee maker. I liked having chairs to sit on instead of just a bed. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

A little more water pressure in the shower; other than that, everything was wonderful.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft and plentiful. TV worked and enough choices.

Shower was hard to use, but it was handicap assessable and needs updating. Two hairs overlooked and nightstand was not clean. But wasn't gross, I didn't complain because the price was low. Breakfast wasn't much, but the norm. It is acceptable for the price. It seemed to be a busy weekend for them.

A late-night storm inspired us (and dozens of travellers) to take cover at the Super 8 in Staunton. What a find. A lovely, glassed-in lobby, a gracious staff, and comfortable beds. The decor is dated but everything is immaculate. We were grateful to find this little hotel on the prairie. We had our dog in tow, were charged just $10 in pet fees, bringing our total bill to $79. The continental breakfast featured waffles, cereal, and pre-packaged sweet rolls

The coffee was weak, and the fruit in the breakfast area had seen better days (browning bananas).

This was close to the highway, just needed an overnight stay midway on our way to Branson. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

There breakfast they included wasnt much of a breakfast, so we ended up going to a restaurant further down the highway.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late and we had to buy dinner at a supermarket, he let us have plates and the cutlery so we could eat in our room. He is a great host.

It’s definitely quiet and a great value!

They are limited by the franchise to only serving an upgraded continental breakfast - hot waffles.

Breakfast could’ve been better. There weren’t many fruit options. Overall I enjoyed my stay, staff were pleasant, room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept on in a hotel. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. Location was the best we could find to where we were going. They were installing new carpet so it will be even nicer once that is completed.
