Very friendly staff... Business Trip and the conference room was awesome.

Family down the hall allowed the kids to run up and down the hall. Same kids at breakfast pushed adults out of the way and left ridiculous amounts of food on plates up and down the hall. This was NOT the facilities problem... the children were out of control and parents were allowing.

Location, comfortable bed, great coffee... The location was great for my needs. Your bed was very comfortable so I could sleep well. Your coffee was excellent.

The first night I could not get the lights next to the bed to work... It was rather confusing, some of the lights in the room work by pushing the buttons other lights work by turning the button. Also, the TV was having satellite problems on the major channels NBC, ABC, etc.

The breakfast was a grab'n'go breakfast. Which was better than nothing. The location was awesome it was super close to St.Louise and a whole lot cheaper than booking in St.Louis! It was also right across the street to a wonderful restaurant called the urban farmhouse definitely recommend stopping there. The rooms were up to date and extremely clean!

The Pool was closed and it never stated that on the website. ( It was broken) The grab'n'go breakfast was not really a breakfast. It consisted of a juice, a sugar-packed granola bar, and a muffin that was super sugary also!☹️

The room was wonderful and it was great to have the pool back open.

Desk staff at check-out called out several times from somewhere out of sight. I thought I was talking to the camera. He said it was a "Covid precaution" but it sure seemed he just didn't want to get up and put on his mask. Quite rude... Oh, and the pandemic breakfast bag featured a granola bar. You might as well just not bother - clearly no one bothered to do better

Room was clean and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay!

Unfortunately, during this stay they were not serving breakfast due to covid restrictions and the pool was not open. Our room was wonderful and clean, however our door did not lock from outside. You did not need the key to enter. Made us worry a little as we were there for three days.

A large room for a very reasonable price.

Bathroom needs work, faucet is definitely overdue to be replaced. Water came gushing out or just a trickle.

The staff was short-handed but very friendly and helped as much as they could. The pool was well maintained.

The bed was not very comfortable. The sofa didn't pull out as was advertised. Luckily our 4yo could sleep on the sofa without it being open.

The value was great, very roomy and everything we needed for 4 (there were supposed to be 6 of us but I think it still would have been plenty of room)

The only complaint was my husband thought the bed was too hard

Housekeeping knock on door.. Tr⁹ied to enter my room. Did not announce she was housekeeping.

I felt safe and comfortable with the extra precautions that Baymont implemented due to COVID. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained.
