The beds were very comfy. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast options were amazing.

The pool area had no ventilation. It felt like a sauna in there and was hard to relax and enjoy a swim. Ants kept coming in through the window in our room but that probably has more to do with what state they are in. We don’t have as many bugs in Nevada.

The payment system, between booking.com and the hotel needs a lot of work!! I have been charged twice for the rooms.I explained this to staff. She tried to fix it. Only to lower the extra charge.I paid $260 Jan. 27 to booking .com. Then another $130 & $130 at checkin. That was then lowered to $109.88Thats a total oftwice at checkout. We stayed another night thru booking .com at $91.73. Then was charged $120 on my friends card at checkout. That’s a total of $339.76 over payment , due back in my account immediately. This was for 2/19-2:20 (rm 226 & 228) & 2/20-2/21 rm.226. The stay was for my grand daughters 9th birthday. This is a large amount of $&$ to my husband and I. Breakfast wasn't bad considering the health codes that had to be followed at the time, a lot of places just haven't been doing breakfast or anything since the whole public safety thing started. Believe the pool was even open though was unable to visit there myself during my stay, it looked nice. Maybe slightly smaller than I'd have thought. Staff was super friendly, even if u accidentally lock your key card in your room 3xs in a row lol. Food within walking distances, collection of Assorted grocery and retail stores, shops, stations, you name it, all within a few miles or less off of the same main drag right there so is super easy to find just about anything you could need all in the same general area. Rooms super nice and clean, and quiet, though bathrooms could be a bit better lay out and small bath tub in my opinion, and was in a Q room. One of the 2 top nicest and best hotels I've ever stayed in, only one on my list that compares is the Grande Royale hotel on Chicago's S side I do believe is it's location... Definitely recommend and will revisit again in the future for certain

Bathtub could be bigger but really thats about it other than a hot breakfast really be the only improvements lol

Breakfast was good. Crowded, but food was good variety and tasty.

We had to change our reservation as it hadn't been updated properly from a call a few weeks earlier trying to get that done. But Eric, at front desk was an excellent help. He remembered our phone conversation and was great in updating the changes without extra charges.

We visiting area to participate in Hilly 100 bicycle ride. Convenient location to the ride start location in Ellettsville, IN. Several restaurants within walking distance. They allowed late Sunday checkout so we could shower after the morning bike ride.

Limited breakfast but it sufficed. They ran out of plastic forks and napkins in breakfast area. My friend ate his waffle with a spoon. Supply chain issues?

The location was easy access, quick on and off from I69. The room was clean, comfortable, and great for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but coffee pot frequently empty.

Coffee was very good And Juices were good also. Waffles were a nice addition,

The blueberry topping for the waffles was very artificial tasting. Needed jelly without grape in it sausage could have been cooked a little more. NO butter for anything

There were some small ants in my room, and on my last night there was a pipe burst that caused a lot of noise from the cleanup. The stopper in the tub didn't work great and I did not get housekeeping during my stay (which would have been okay if this had been made clearer)

Saturday morning breakfast was fine but Sunday morning there were no eggs, no breakfast meat and we didn't have time to wait for them.

For the price (over $300/night) it was not worth it. Price gouging at it's finest.
