Super 8 by Wyndham Bloomington, Indiana

Am speechless because I went to many different t hotels and that place is amazing place for hearing impaired people to stay at. The front desk lady wow amazing job with awesome smile on her face. All I did was giving my driver license and the card and she do all work. Gave me door card and I struggling so went back to front desk and she even brought 2 other cards to checked. We ended up laughed so hard bec she gave me wrong cards which is normal. We all make mistakes and nobody are perfect. 😀

Zero to complain about.

The people at the front desk was super nice. Easy check in and check out.

When I checked out the room and bathroom. I notice that the toilet in the bathroom had poop on the seat. I didn’t say anything and cleaned it up myself. Luckily, I had sanitizer wipes on me. But made me a little uneasy about sleeping in the bed. Did they clean the room or just tidy it up to make it look clean?

That I was able to get all 4 rooms together that I got for 3 nights

All the loud music outside of other people staying Their at all hours of the night. My room key wouldn't work had to keep getting it reset, for all rooms several times a day. Not one time during our stay did house keeping come get our trash and give us new clean towels we had to go down stairs each day to get new ones. So more than likely I won't be staying back this hotel ever again or one like was very disappointed.

We expected a kingsized or double bed, instead we had a full bed that was way too small for two. Maybe because it was the high demand due to the weekend events, in which case they should have said something because they knew it was 2 adults for the booking

The location - we were moving our son into college and the location was perfext! The free breakfast was exactly what we needed and it was tasty as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The choices for tv watching were more than we expected.

The bathroom was a tight squeeze and the bathtub was a little slippery.

Ms. Fifi and staff are very hospitable people. I just met Zozo and she is such a sweet heart too. Zozo really did a great with my questions and concerns. Great staff and great stay at a great price. We will be back!!

I didn't really focus on anything.

It was quite and peaceful. Very relaxing. Staff was very nice. Room was kept well. My son loved the selection of foods for breakfast.

Only thing we didn't like about our stay was the pool a as close due to maintenance. My son was hoping to swim during our stay. But I understand things like that happen and it's no one's fault.

The breakfast was really good. The front desk clerk made sure everything was fully stocked, and there were multiple options to choose from.

The hot tub was out of commission, would have been nice to be able to use it. The bed was not very comfortable...mattress was too firm.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room.

The Wi-Fi in my room did not work on my computer I did work on my phone but it was a huge inconvenience and I could not get a hold of the tech support Line that was provided… waited for over 30 minutes no one ever picked up I gave up and left to use the Wi-Fi at the University.

I like the proximity to my engagement, the cleanliness, the staff is attentive and the property is clean. great value fir the price. Eric the night manager was awesome. I travel her twice a month .
