La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Bloomington

The hotel is new and clean. All of the staff is very friendly and professional. The beds are comfy too and the rooms are nicely sized.

I was a bit disappointed in the lack of selection for breakfast. There were biscuits and gravy and powdered eggs. There was one waffle maker that wasn't working properly and ended up making half raw waffles. I don't expect a five-star breakfast, but maybe some bacon or sausage and fresh fruit? The young lady that was working to keep food out was working really hard to keep things running (much appreciated), but there was an obvious lack of good prep equipment and food for her to work with.

I loved how it was located close to everything. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. There was a small issue with checking in but the staff quickly jumped and helped resolve the issue. I had a complaint one morning with someone on my floor and when I brought it to the front desks attention he quickly put his sign out and went and dealt with the issue.

the only issue I had with my stay was when I went out to do stuff the first day I was there they didn’t come to the room and change trash or restock our bathroom. when I went down and asked for more towels the housekeeping lady had a disgusted look on her face for me asking for more towels.

Wonderful accommodations for the price. Great value. Lobby was nice and bright. Modern furnishings. Room was comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast and my son loved making his own waffles. Enjoyed the couch area with TV in the room.

Had to wait a long time to check in because nobody was at the front desk. Scuff marks on the walls in my room. Ice machine was on the first floor. Did not like the lighting above the couch area in my room, they were different from the lamp lighting, and so kept it turned off.

Absolutely loved the size of the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The bathroom also has beautiful lighting, perfect for doing makeup without a ring light. Good location as well, pretty close to most things. I don't drive, and Ubers to common restaurants or date locations were a mere 6-10 dollars per ride. Staff was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and they had even gone through with putting up all kinds of decorations for the holiday!

I wish the bathroom itself was just a tad bigger, but that's not totally huge concern to complain about.

It was very clean and smelled very nice, too. The staff was very friendly. They were helpful, too. The only mistake was the breakfast time. It would be nice to have signs with breakfast times up at the front desk and in the rooms. I’m not complaining about the staff.

It’s very loud in the pool area. We were told breakfast would run until 10, but it was over at 9. That was a perk that 4 kids were looking forward to and really seems like part of the cost of staying there. Missing it was disappointing.

For a family of 4, like the option of the couch in room for seating to view 2 seperate wall televisions. Options of breakfast items, quick to go or warm food.

The lack of welcome and friendliness of check in to see if room was ready 15 minutes before check in time. Rude about it. Another time, assuming manager on duty, while we were relaxing in lobby, interacting with customers on phone or in person, the tone in which talking to customers. Very shared tongue, quick to be on the defense, toward arguing. Guest relations/customer service lacking. "24 hour coffee" wasn't ever available as stated and no warning of breakfast closing an hour early until get to lobby.

I loved the smell in the common area. I also liked the fact the our reservation was book for the wrong month and we were helped with adjusting. Staff was friendly. Or room was very spacious and clean. I loved the dove soap and makeup wipes!!

I didn’t like that the coffee bar didn’t have much to offer one kind of tea one sweetener. Seems like it would offer a variety of coffee, tea, cocoa, sweetness for those week can’t do sugar and creamers.

So beautiful, modern and clean place. They have big parking lot with well maintained outdoor area. The receptionist was so nice and helpful she recognized our approach upon our arrival and helping us with the room. The dog was free but they may charge any case of damage what is totally understandable. Great value for the price. I really like that place. Our room was the 207 extremely clean nice fresh air with perfect room temperature King size bed , sofa, 2 tvs and a nice size clean bathroom. I definitely want to return.

I spent too short period of time here.

This is one of those rare hotels where the bang for the buck was quite amazing and one would be hard pressed to find something better for the price. It is laid out well, the breakfast was great, I found the bed/pillows/linen very comfortable, the bathroom/shower was nice with loads of towels and it was right by I69.

Not so much the fault of the hotel, but the mini fridge in my room was making minor clunking noises. Then it really decided to give up the ghost and go out with a bang early in the morning and actually woke me up. Unfortunately, in my haste to check out and get going I forgot to mention it at the desk.

The guy that checked me in was great, the little carts are cute but hard to use. The breakfast was good and the coffee station was well maintained. The hotel smelled really good and the beds were comfortable.

The room was mostly clean but could have been vacuumed more, especially in the bathroom, the bathroom floor was not clean. The hallways and stairs were the same.
