Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Crawfordsville, an IHG Hotel

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean when we arrived and the staff did a great job cleaning when we requested it. We liked the location of the room, across from the pool. The breakfast was great. We had many choices. The staff also kept the outside of the hotel very clean.

We didn't like the bathroom sink. The faucet didn't extend out far enough into the sink and the counter was always wet and it leaked under the counter. There should be emergency lights in each room in case the electricity goes out. The bathroom is totally dark when using the toilet and the power goes out and I know that is a rare occurrence. At breakfast, there was a couple of mornings when they ran out of a few things.

This is a newer property, so in excellent condition. The location is perfect, right off Interstate 74. I reserved this room online about 2 hours before we arrived. Crawfordsville is a nice stop NW of Indianapolis. We enjoyed a quiet evening here and a pleasant start in the morning with a nice breakfast. There are several gas stations, a liquor store, and Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby.

No USB charging ports. In room 303, the bathroom door is water damaged - apparently, someone overflowed the tub.

Seemed well kept, generally quiet. Pool area looked nice but didn’t use it. Breakfast was standard hotel fare

The front desk staff , while attentive , was seldom at the desk, always away in a back room. Not a big deal - everywhere is short staffed these days.

The hotel room was clean and quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. The property is conveniently located close to the highway which worked well for this trip.

The facility was clean and quiet. The fitness center was updated and nice. The room was comfortable and clean. It was conveniently located.

Our only complaint was the coffee maker. There were only 2 coffee pods - which turned out okay as we brought our own. But every single cup of coffee we made was FILLED with grounds because the maker punches too large a hole in the top of the pod. I’d actually rather a regular, small coffee maker than that.

The hotel was super clean. Breakfast had alot of choices.

The bathtub was very slippery. Needs something on the bottom of the tub to avoid falls.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. We used the pool and hot tub will staying and it was fantastic and well maintained. In the morning we had a free complimentry breakfast.

I really didn't dislike anything about our stay. The room was wonderful, the location was central enough to all our destinations and the dip in the pool and hot tub before shower and bed, was so relaxing.

Pool experience poor. No oversight. Other guests were breaking the rules regarding food and alcohol.
