Justin was fantastic at the front desk. Warm and cheerful. Had great patience with older folks while explaining how they would get their receipts.. Breakfast was excellent, but milk was spoiled; even the brand new delivery( not HI fault...Sysco isn't the greatest with dairy products) I would suggest cold containers instead of individual cartons...but hey, things happen. The kitchen staff was all over...GREAT JOB!!

Everything was awesome. Thanks so much to Justin. He was awesome. Zan was awesome. Steve was awesome. N the girl who checked us out was too. They all helped us when we needed something. Justin made sure everyone knew what to do about my questions about the bill and everything. They all made our stay wonderful. Thanks y'all.

We really liked this hotel. The first night we had a room that smelled a little off. We found out that it was due to a previous roof leak and the staff changed us to a new room without any issue or question. We also need to acknowledge the breakfast staff. They were absolutely AMAZING!!! Friendly, hard workers. Everything was kept clean and stocked and they took the time each day of our stay to ask how our day was. They seriously are the best and we want to make sure they know how we appreciated them. Overall great stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were there for a adaptive sports wheelchair bball tourney. The breakfast lady was very helpful w the families.

I had called the hotel 2 days before to ensure the hot tub was working. It was and when we arrived we were told sorry the pool and hot tub is down. Said they were waiting on parts to fix it. I stay in hotels w working hot tub just wished we had known before we arrived.

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast. Better than usual.

2 hours before I was supposed to check out, someone knocked at the door and then opened it. I was in the bathroom and when I flushed the toilet, they quickly closed the door. I don't think anyone should be doing that. They know when someone checks out

Very convenient and fun location with relatively easy access to downtown, and lots of options immediately close to the hotel. Excellent job with maintaining cleanliness and safety as well. I would stay here again instantly when returning to the area.

With all the activity and amenities in the area, it gets a bit congested. It can be difficult to navigate when not familiar with the patterns and traffic.

Breakfast was great! Coffee at breakfast was great! Room was clean. Most staff were very friendly. Workout facilities were adequate for my needs.

The coffee in the room (packets for the coffee pots) tasted bad. The room and hallways had a slight musty/stale smell A couple employees at desk were not rude but not friendly either but then 80% of staff were exceptionally friendly.

This Hotel was very nice and clean. Especially during these times they made sure to give you a peace of mind that your room is virus free. My room was so nice I didn’t want to leave The ladies behind the Breakfast were so wonderful and so sweet Very convenient location. Can’t wait to go back when I’m visiting my family again

The pool was cold and cloudy so all the kids kept swimming in the hot tub which made it hard for Adults without young ones anymore to enjoy it Sadly the parents allowed this and didn’t care about the others staying there

Friendly, very helpful staff! Very clean updated rooms. Great breakfast and dining area, the coffee was even good! Seriously, it is the nicest staffed place we have been to since pre pandemic. Getting ready to book again!

I love the way it was all clean and the staff the next day was so friendly when I forgot my charger up stairs they let me runn back and get it.

I paid for a spa tub when I was trying to get the jets on I called the front desk and the guy answered the phone was like well I don't know what to tell you. He played it off like it was nothing.. I was looking forward to the spa tub.
