We were allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus for us since we were on a red-eye flight and very tired. The staff member working the counter was very friendly. He completely understood our situation and was very herlpful.

more options for the continental breakfast, but it wasnt bad. maybe a better coffer machine, but again, not bad.

The property was very clean and staff very friendly. Room was very nice and beds very comfortable and will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area!

Nothing bad to say at all, if I had to pick something it would be nice to have a few additional options for breakfast. They had eggs and sausage each day plus a waffle maker and all were a good start to the day.

Rooms were decent, worth the price, once we had the above issues, front desk personnel did apologize and responded to assist. Location was great, in the middle of everything. For key deactivation, response was that sometimes it is happens, cannot explain why, but they offered to activate them.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Waffle batter was watery. Had to ask the staff to change it. Tables were dirty. Variety of a breakfast was very poor. On the check out day, check out is at 11 am, cleaning personal was already knocking at the door for check out and cleaning shortly after 9 am. Keys were deactivated, which created a challenge to get back to room. When you have a family, you have bags and you may need to make a few trips to the car to load everything.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. Convenient location close to the interstate. Facility and room was very clean. The continental breakfast was standard, the staff did a great job of restocking any missing items quickly.

I liked the location of the hotel to our event and price.

unfortunately they were short handed on cleaning staff and we waited 2 hrs to check in. The poor lady working was very much overwhelmed trying to get ppl check in but the General Manager could have helped her more. There was 4 of us that had to wait 2 hrs to check in n the could have gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

We were traveling for two days and we’re extremely tired. The night before we had a horrible hotel in Troy Alabama and got our money back and left. So went on Booking.com and found this hotel and was so pleased I felt completely safe it was clean it was affordable it was not fancy the breakfast was no big deal but the biggest thing it was clean and safe

I wish it had a little more for breakfast but for free I could handle it.

The beds were insanely comfortable, the room was very big, & the air conditioning worked really well. Room was super clean! We booked last minute and received excellent customer service!

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Room darkening blinds has special sides that help block out early morning sunlight, too. We slept in, and it was great!

I was able to get a downs stairs room .

With it being a holiday , my trash sit outside my door for two days until I finally took it outside and put it in the outside trash bin . The water never got hot , only warm . Most hotels have the grab and go breakfast but they decided not to provide breakfast of any kind . I assume one of the guest had dropped there food but chicken and pizza was on the floor in the main lobby in plain view of site but was not cleaned up before i checked out .

The hotel is very well located - easy off/easy on to I-69. Good parking facilities, and restaurants were close by. The hotel itself was very clean, the bed wonderfully comfortable. Bathroom was also squeaky clean which is always appreciated. Staff was great and very helpful with check-in and check-out.
