Great location, clean and inviting. All of the staff was very nice and did a great job. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and being pet friendly is great!
Breakfast would have been ok but it was never refilled. nobody was attending to it and a room full of people and nothing to get except waffles and really bad breakfast burritos. The coffee machine was being worked on and there was no orange juice at the time.

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. When I had a mechanical issue with the shower they had it fixed within 30 mins of being reported.
Pool was broken my entire 10 day stay. That, and pet-friendly, were the 2 reasons I chose that hotel.

Comfortable bed,clean, nice staff.Room was very roomy. Liked the jacuzzi tub in room. I like being able to check out at noon instead of earlier.
Price was too high. No hot tub. Pool had too much chlorine, burned eyes. Would be nice to have rooms a little cheaper. Pool that has less chemicals so you are able to swim.A hot tub would make me more apt to return. There were people in other rooms smoking which was not appealing.

would like to see more keto/diet friendly options for breakfast if possible. another suggestion would be to have a router for each floor as well as not having to constantly login through the same day.

I enjoyed the pool with my kiddos. The night staff John was great and very accommodating. He was very understanding of my “issues” and provided great customer service! That kid needs a raise!
It’s not specific about the property but hotels in general. I extremely dislike check out time. If a guest arrives at lets say midnight, y’all should at least let them stay til 2pm. And pools should never close like ever…..

The staff was very friend the overnight front desk lady was so awesome and accommodating. She was awesome.
