Hampton Inn Indianapolis-SW-Plainfield

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The facility was nice and well-maintained. The included hot breakfast was convenient and tasty. The common area was spacious, which is nice when you are still trying to maintain some level of social distance.

My only negative is the bathroom didn’t have a towel rack/bar-there is plenty of space in the bathroom to add one and would help keep the room tidy, especially when rooms are not attended to daily.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. We liked the location. Easy to get to. I have no real complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

No real complaints. Would have preferred more pillows for the bed, but I’m sure I could have asked for them.

The front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating and cheerful.

The room's bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. The floor was sticky, the toilet wasn't fully clean and the sink had hair left in it from the previous occupant. The room was incredibly humid even though the air conditioning was on. A lot of excess moisture. Maybe needs a dehumidifier?

The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel that was not a restaurant. It was better than eating at Bob Evens. Saved me about $40 a day. Great!!

I really liked everything, in spite of COVID regulations. VERY attentive to those. For example, recording people’s temp before allowing them in pool. COVID Breakfast option only. Everything handed out from behind front desk. “Go Bag” given out had muffin, granola bar, wrapped apple, and bottle of water. Very convenient. Thankfully, coffee was allowed to be gotten on your own! Snacks available for purchase.

I didn’t see on website that the included breakfast was going to be anything other than normal “Continental.” I was surprised the morning of. Didn’t have a list of TV channels. Had to slog through 1 at a time.

Knocking on the door at 9 a.m. when checkout isn't until noon. Bad business! That needs to stop.

I liked the kindness of all employees, the hotel was very clean, everything was sanitized, we were not so afraid about Covid as in other locations. And despite the Covid situation, the hotel has taken great pains to make the breakfast delicious and varied. In addition, a great effort was made to keep the pool open and still guarantee safety. Thanks for everything.

Very accommodating and the staff were very nice!

There was a small price discrepancy but booking.com made up for it as the hotel would not so in the end it all worked out.

Because of covid, breakfast was "brown bag" which could be ordered night before. Nice touch. Staff even called after checkout that I had left garment bag in room. So thankful for that courtesy. Another hotel chain didn't do that for my husband.

Really can say, there was nothing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.
