Hampton Inn Marion

The Staff and the Breakfast were excellent. The buffet variety was wonderful. Perhaps signage could be placed on each item, as well as some directions for first time hotel guests (the pre-teens that were there for a competition and didn't know how to be 'good' guests around communally available foods, and cleaning up after themselves, etc.).

The Wifi did not work and I did not have time to pursue it with the staff during my stay.

It was clean and convenient, and the breakfast was a plus.

We had requested a ground level floor and told that request could be granted, but we had a second floor room. We just took that room and didn't request a different room or complain, but it was a little disappointing. The area for the elevator was quite a tight space to maneuver the family member's wheel chair.

The staff upon our arrival was very attentive and friendly. Sweet gal! Breakfast was delicious, everyone was happy with all the choices. Even the "picky" ones were happy too. 😊 The breakfast attendant was quite sufficient with keeping everything wiped down as people left their tables and swept the floor thereafter. I thanked her for such a job well done.

Bed Pillows could be replaced, current ones seemed quiet worn.

Your staff every one I came in contact with were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. When checking in the two ladies at the front desk were exceptional. The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Thank you.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

My room was very clean .The contenetal breakfast was good .And the manager was very helpful and he answered my questions that i had. The man who checked me in my hotel room was very nice .And i would once again i really would stay at the Hampton hotel in Marion -Indiana.

If you are staying in Marion I would recommend this hotel. The location is ideal. About 5 minutes from Matter Park. The park has amazing gardens, tennis courts, a river walk, and several playground areas. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a nice overnight stop.

In view of our recent visit, we found that this particular Hampton Inn did not meet to standards of others that bear the Hilton honor. The mattress was in dire need of replacement as it was seemingly never turned for even sleeping of one person Upon dropping something in the bathroom, we discovered that the floor under the sink had not been cleaned(dusty and a lost swimsuit) These two items are what Hilton says they do-cleaning and comfort. Do you?

It was quiet and clean. great location for what we were there for.

our bed was a bit tough to sleep on. kinda think it has seen better days and mattress needs replaced.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety of foods. The hours were adequate as well. Also, each day was a different selection of foods from which to choose. I don't have anything else to write about the food.
