our room was clean and tidy just as pictured on website. Breakfast was good, servings were waffles, breakfast sandwiches (cold, you have to warm in microwave), yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice. there’s a Culver’s next to the hotel, a Walmart nearby. It has an indoor pool ( though water was a bit cold). It’s a good place to stay and we will be back.
We had a good experience, however, I feel the pool water should have been warmer (it is still winter). Also, on our last day we saw 2 bugs crawling in our room, probably from outside but still that was a little disturbing.

The hotel was very clean. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking. Pool area well stocked with towels, chairs and tables.
The breakfast needs improvement. It's Great if you like waffles. Biscuits and gravy eggs pancakes are an affordable option. They weren't available as an option. There wasn't any sausage or bacon. Fresh fruit wasn't available.

The manager was friendly. Although we left at 8am and got to the parking lot and realized we forgot something and went back and still had the room card and we couldn't get back in...although check out wasn't till 11am

The staff were very kind and hospitable. The breakfast was also one of the nicer hotel breakfasts I ever had, a lot of options and variety. My family and I also liked the location, it had plenty of food options around and it was nice and quiet.
We didn’t get a microwave in our room but overall that wasn’t too big of an issue, everything was perfect!

the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet
the $100 i had to deposit for incidentals seemed to me to be over the top. i have never had to do that at any of the any hotels i have stayed in. the $100 was refunded to me the next morning but i was surprised i had to deposit it.

Bed was comfortable. Close to food, has and shopping. Easy on and off access to freeway.
No elevator so had to haul all the luggage up the stairs. Key card was temperamental.

The room had dead bugs in the corners, a random sock someone had left behind, the frig didn't work nor did the microwave. I wasn't able to take a bath since the stopper didn't hold water. The swing lock on the inside of the door had a part missing and was unusable. I pushed a chair against the door at night.

I love when the sink is not in the same room as the toilet/shower, one of the reasons I always look at pictures before I book. The breakfast was good. Everything was fine in relationship to the cost.
It’s been over a week but I don’t recall anything I didn’t like.
