Very clean and comfortable
I booked and paid for this room on booking.com. I was charged again when I checked in. Once I realized I had been charged twice, I called and they quickly resolved the issue and refunded the 2nd charge.

Breakfast was Okay but would prefer to have a full Breakfast in the hotel included. Thank you for what you did have, plus having 20% off at neighboring restaurant was very nice. Hopefully when Covid19 is better controlled you’ll have a full breakfast included. Thank you for to the Wonderful Staff at the Hampton Inn!
The inside door handle in the bathroom was broken, we could still use it so didn’t report until leaving the next morning. That was so they could have it repaired. Looked liked someone had slammed it against the door jam really hard. Who knows.

the breakfast was good, a little carb loaded. We really liked the pool. The hotel was very clean. The availability of coffee/tea was a very big plus. Over all our visit was quite pleasant. The staff was available and helpful. The only problem was Saturday night with children running up and down the hall making a lot of noise when we were trying to sleep.

I couldn’t use the Pool as the Chlorine smell was overwhelming! I also called down to the Desk later in the evening and the lady who answered was a little rude when I asked a simple question!

We did not eat breakfast. Due to covid dining area was closed. It was close to family . It was close to different shopping places. Easy to get to. Staff was friendly. Nice pet area as we had our fur baby with us.
The price is a little expensive especially if you have your furbaby with you. We liked the pool but no hot tub and that was kind of a bummer.
