Candlewood Suites Olathe, an IHG Hotel

We liked the way this motel charges the pet fee, the friendliness of everyone we met, the lending locker idea, the free laundry, the work space in the room, having two chairs for the table was nice!

Lack of a pool, lack of an oven along with the rest of the kitchen amenities, motel hiding in the corner at the end of a street (love/hate). Need a little more truck friendly parking.

Everything, the best experience we have had in a hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and very functional, everything we needed was at our fingers. Staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. I have a service dog that travels with me and she was treated like part of the family. Breakfast was amazing, I never get up for breakfast on vacation, at this stay I was always up and ready to eat. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, on vacation or business.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

1. I really loved the front desk person, Cary. So helpful, friendly, conscientious. 2. I was pleased that the dishes were all sanitized and sterilized and waiting for me in the dishwasher. Smart move. 3. Comfortable bed, pillow, comforter.

I can't think of anything that could be better.

I truly enjoyed Carly. Ahh, this woman is amazing with customers! She is phenomenal and has a way with people. Loved how comfortable she made me feel and how sweet she was even though it was late at night! Carly, you are amazing.

There was not a hot tub, or a pool. However, it has a nice deep bathtub in the full size bathroom!

It was located in the area I needed to be at.

Well, I would love a free breakfast option. The highway traffic is unfortunate. But the staff provided a sound machine, which helped a lot.

room was clean and comfortable. majority of the stay was quiet.

The pullout couch is meant for small children so mattress was a bit uncomfortable for a teen. the key card didn’t work in the side door was deactivated the day before checkout so that was a tad bit annoying.

This was my first time in a Candlewood Suites Hotel. I found the concept to be very good! Being able to cook for myself instead of live in restaurants all the time was terrific. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

Air conditioner was loud, but it was addressed as much as possible.

This hotel went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience with a different hotel! The location was great! Super easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 weeks and we didn't want to leave. It felt like a home away from home. The lovely woman at the front desk - Cary - took exceptionally good care of us, putting us on the top floor away from any noise, always greeting us and making us feel welcome, and giving recommendations for things in the area. She was fantastic. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff kind and friendly, the hotel clean and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and I enjoyed the actual Dove products for the shower.

I didn’t get the room I booked. I needed and wanted a Queen size bed. They changed our room without notice to 2 full beds. Not mad but pretty annoyed.
