Best Western Plus McPherson

The desk clerk was super friendly when we checked in. The facility was pretty new and In close proximity to some fast food and local restaurant options, as well as a Walmart. We walked across the highway for dinner and then to Baum’s for their brand of ice cream—neat little stop with a mini mart inside. We ordered mini cones that were priced very reasonably and was just enough to keep us cool on the walk back. Also, they had a great breakfast bar with quite a bit of attention to sanitary precautions like wrapping bagels and apples individually and implementing a touch-free juice and water dispenser.

The hot and cold faucets for the vanity sink and shower were reversed. Would have liked to have parked our car so that we could see it from the room, but parking was only available on the ends of the building.

This is a great hotel for the mid level market. It appears to be relatively new, everything is very clean, functional. The suites do not have any divididers between the beds, or between the bed and sofa sleeper, and since I was staying with my sister, I asked for an additional room, rather that sharing, and the desk attendant worked out a great deal for the second room, I was very satisfied with my stay,

Nothing.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT and really helped me get started on the day without having to go out..

Everything was awesome! The only flaw I saw was at the rear of the building there's a white pipe coming out of the wall I think about 10' off the ground. (by an A/C unit, NE corner) it had been sealed with expandable foam that mushroomed out and turned orange, it could be trimmed off and look alot neater. That was the ONLY thing I saw that looked out of place....

Very nice Hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well kept and a pleasure to stay in.

The breakfast was marginally acceptable as the Hotel was in the process of finding a new food supplier There wasn't a lot to choose from and no hot food. Not really the Hotel's fault, however--------. There was a water pressure issue in the shower, as it was marginal and when the water was turned on on the wash basin and in another room you lost pressure in the shower. Being a new building there are bound to be teething issues and this is one that can and should be easily fixed.

My booking was for 2 rooms, early checkin (rooms were not ready) staff said they had no record of early checkin even though my records reflected early checkin. Wanted rooms adjacent or at least on the same hall, one was on ground level and the other was on the second floor.

Friendly service at the front desk. The breakfast options were very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was happy to see refillable containers in the shower. Less plastic to fill up the landfills.

Great Breakfasts, Super Location, Place is like new, Room was oversized for 2 queens- -SO Nice. Very pleased with our stay!!!

Would have been fine if we had to stay longer

Hotel is exceptional value; the rooms are modern / stylish, and the bed is very comfortable. I would rate this room / suite as the best I experienced during our nine-night trip. This included higher-end / more expensive hotels.

Breakfast options need improved on. Despite COVID limitations, some hotels have done a better job in this area than Best Western Plus McPherson.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the gym was adequate, and I forgot my toothpaste but the front desk was quick to provide it. The stay was wonderful.

The gym often had an odd smell but nothing that wasn't bare able.

Very pleased with initial check in greeted properly most employees engaged very nice quiet evenings very good pool area very nice very nice visit all needs were handled
