Lady at front desk was amazing. Loved that she switched my room to meet my needs. Bed super comfortable. Spacious room that felt safe and clean without that yucky disinfectant odor. Easy to find, tho a bit off the beaten path. I slept well and left happy.

Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast due to covid. I did like that there were not a lot of people, due to covid. We had the big pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. This hotel is located right off the highway. That was a plus. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a fireplace you can relax by. I loved that.

Well, I didn't like that no one was cleaning the rooms. We checked in Friday. No house keeper would be available Saturday...due to covid (so sick of covid). Sunday, I expected to come back to a clean room, but did not. I had to throw a way a lot of my trash. Finally, I told the lady at the front desk we needed towels and our trash was full. There was 4 of us in the room. She then told me that the room is cleaned upon request. I mean, that would have been nice to know. Yet and still, we had a nice time and a nice stay.

Due to covid, there were only snacks. I understand these things are out of their hands.

I didn't like that the fireplace wasn't lit. The staff said it was due to the winter storm they had, which caused gas prices to become higher, so, they were trying to conserve. But, the fireplace was one of the reasons I came back to this hotel. It was still nice though.

clean & beds very comfortable. close to family & reasonable price. thank you.

ice machine not working on 2nd floor-stayed on west side towards interstate & could hear road noise but road light was not a problem.

Breakfast was good, guy running the place was a total jerk

Need new manager , guy is a real jerk , the rest of staff was nice . The guy had no patience, real snippy when I ask questions.

Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious, clean and QUIET.

The breakfast was underwhelming. Little Debbie powdered and chocolate donuts, some cereal, a bagel option, toast, and some oatmeal. No tea in the room or at breakfast.

the lights only worked from the switch at the door. not good at night. Not a plug in for my computer at the desk. i had to unplug the lamp.

Very nice motel away from the crowds. We have stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. Pet friendly and the rooms are clean.

Very polite and helpful employees. Everything was clean. Tv would not work, called manager and he came up to our room to reset it within 5 minutes. Very pleasant and quiet stay.

Not much selection on the breakfast. My wife is diabetic, so she needs food with low carbs and high proteins.

Staff was extremely friendly, facilities were clean.

Slightly Disappointed that the pool was still not available, and breakfast was minimal… presumably due to COVID.
