Comfort Inn & Suites near Bethel College

Rooms were nice. The seating and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size, the television was nice and the hvac was easy to control. The location was great. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel.

There were no USB plugs in the room. We had to buy a box to charge our phones and tablets. Breakfast was poor. There was scorched gravey and no biscuits at 830 am. The shampoo was half used. Kinda gross!

Parking was a little tight. A/C in my room #203 didn't work very well the room was stuffy. The cable box was just laying on the table I had to figure it out plugging it in the wall and the back of the TV. Coke machine on 2nd floor took my $. The Neighbor on the 3rd floor Friday night was Radical we went to the desk and complained it was that bad and the clerk just shrugged us off.

We enjoyed our stay for 6 days here! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. They had a hot breakfast with a good variety of cold items as well! We did eat at Braums once as well which is right next door and can be walked to. The highway is just down the road and the city of Newton is about 1.5 miles away. There is alot of things to see and do in the area so it's a great place to stay! Sand Creek Golf Course is about 2 miles away and is a great place to spend an afternoon!

The property could be a little cleaner. I did find empty things on the tops of the vending machines and there was laundry left in the laundry room that guests can use. The breakfast area could be kept cleaner. I felt the pet fee per day was a little expensive at $25.00 per pet per day.

I was happy for the hot breakfast. The juice machine was broken, so that was a bit disappointing, but it was over the weekend and getting it serviced may have been difficult. The scrambled eggs were too salty, but the sausage and potatoes were excellent. I also appreciated the 24/7 coffee availability.

I would recommend a deep clean of the carpet, it was vacuumed but there were several stains.

Very good breakfast. Good size room. Very clean room, bath and environs.

Not typical amount of room coffee, 2 to 1 decaf to regular. Un-repaired damage to wall and curtains. We understand that it's clients who are vandalizing, but the damages give an unsettling feeling AND this was our 3rd stay with the chain, over 3 weeks, with no shampoo

The breakfast was adequate. The variety was excellent. The staff was wonderful. Meaghan in House Keeping is the perfect customer relations employee.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

Was impressed that Ericka called our room after an hour or so just to check that everything was good! Breakfasts were tasty, too. Overall, very pleasant.

Well, my neighbors had a couple of screaming kids that drive ms nuts, but that's not your fault. Other than that, all good.i

It was comfortable and spacious. We had a room on the first floor which was convenient.

The room that was occupied above us was very noisy, loud bangs and vibrations the first night. Quiet on the 2nd night. Just a note that the water would not do a total shut off in the tub - Room 108

When we got there the electricity was out! I had requested an early check in as we had a wedding to be at by 2:00 pm. The lady at the front desk apologized when we got there. We went back in about 1:30 she was there she gave us a lantern and told us to go down to the restroom, I went in first just about half way through the electricity came back on and we were off in a jiffy. She went above her call of duty and we certainly appreciated it. We will certainly be back!!

The breakfast in a bag, its not your fault it's just not the same as a good hot breakfast. I have no other problems our stay was amazing.
