Quality Inn Overland Park Kansas City

Room was nice size, clean.

Check in was a disaster. We stood at the counter for what seemed like forever. They finally gave up and just gave us room keys and sent us away. Front desk person was pretty grumpy always complaining for everyone to hear. The next morning she was still there cleaning the breakfast area and answering the phone so that tells me something. I needed a cup for water in my room and the only one I could find was a plastic one with no wrapping on it. Was it clean or not? Bathroom was huge but strange. Shower head was shoulder high and I am not tall. You had to take it off the holder to wash your hair or bend way over. No place to put bathroom accessories around the sink as there was counter. You had to put things on a handicap chair in the corner.

It is a great motel,very clean and very friendly staff, the beds are very comfortable and they have a good variety of items for their continental breakfast.. I like that it is only a few blocks from the University Medical Center , Stores and restaurants are very close by... I reccomend staying here it is a great motel.. will be staying there again realy soon

there was nothing to not like about this motel

The included breakfast was very nice, specially for the price. Also, the people there were very nice, even while I arrived before dawn, and needed a bit of help with the language. Also, they store my luggage after I checked out for a few hours, so that I could visit the city without carrying them around. For the price, it was super nice

there was nothing to dislike about it

Room was clean and well kept. It was a hot time, and the A.C. worked well. All in all, very comfortable.

The only elevator on the property stopped working at the end of the day, and of course, didn’t work for the rest of my stay. And stairs were half the length of the hotel away from the elevator.

pet friendly, pretty good breakfast options (waffles were a high point), it was exactly what we needed it to be.

not really only this property, but the water pressure started great and tapered off, normal problem if many people are using the shower in multiple rooms. Not this QI’s problem, I think, and not bad enough to even be a complaint.

Nice hotel, clean, location, one particular staff person that’s always great but I don’t know her name. She is very friendly with Great Customer Service. Dont see that kind of service often.

For the first time we were on the first floor. i did not like the first floor because it was too smoky and more traffic. We have always been on the 2nd floor and would very much like to stay there. Otherwise I love everything else about this hotel.

Room was clean and had adequate amenities. Breakfast was provided. Coffee was good. Bed was firm and comfortable.

Room was very small. Too small to be entirely comfortable. Also, tiny ants came in the room by the window. Hairdryer did not work.

Friendly quiet place. Nice breakfast area with convenient egg and sausage sandwiches. Bathroom with easy to use shower. Comfortable beds with large TV. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just a little larger sink area in the bathroom would've been nice, but really no biggie.
