Baymont by Wyndham Topeka

Large clean room, comfortable bed, good shower (loved the shelf space!), soft towels, long desk, strong wifi. Miles at the front desk was super helpful—he’s a real gem!

There were no towel racks—very inconvenient not to be able to hang towels. There’s room for a bar next to the sink so guests wouldn’t have to deal with damp towels set on the vanity, especially since there’s limited space around the sink. Also, this property continues the outdated practice of putting a decorative pillow on the bed. Guests tend to put them on the floor and it’s very unsanitary to then set them on freshly laundered sheets. Almost all hotels have stopped doing this and this one should too. Overall our room was very nice but changing these 2 things would improve guest comfort.

The staff was friendly, they respected my needs and my space. , I didn't have to worry about other guest being too loud or bothering me in any way, it was located in a convenient place, plenty of places to shop, eat and activities to do in the area. I would definitely go back & I ALMOST FORGOT to mention that the 1st shift gentleman (didn't catch his name) was VERY POLITE, and had welcoming attitude.

The fact my door was hard to open and had to be shoved closed.

The breakfast was a basic breakfast, really pleasing for someone on the go. Nothing major, yet decent. The pool was AMAZING!!! Enjoyed it until 11 at night every night we stayed there.

Not enough towels, due to too much fun in the pool. Other than that no issues.

The prices. The eating places that were close by. .The staff provided friendly service

That Samantha forgot to advise that I called to let them know my check in was going to be a late check in and my reservation was cncld. But between Ms. Kitty and the Mgr they made things right,

Their was a staff working at front desk who was a man with shoulder length hair, he was so rude to me as well as another guest who was being helped before me in line probably around 6pm. Ive never been treated so bad in my life. The maintenance man walked in my room without even knocking twice one of the times he walked in my room without knocking i was naked and just got out the shower and he walked in without knocking then that same man who worked front desk literally rented my room out to other guests with us still occupied in the room

The staff! I checked in late. The young lady at the counter was all smiles and helpfulness. The morning staff was the same. The breakfast included more than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave.

It did not have a hairdryer.

Breakfast was good had plenty of food. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Pool could been working since it was advertised in website that you had a pool.

price, comfortable; bed was fabulous!

Wish there was a regular chair. It would have been much easier to put shoes on since the bed was so high (which we loved). Also the desk chair felt like it was going to back and topple over. we never had hot water in shower or sink either day; only Luke warm in sink on Sunday

The staff was AWESOME! Give them a bonus/raise! We checked in after 10pm on 8/6. They were so helpful and friendly. Don’t lose those girls~~~

Everything was very nice. The breakfast was not appealing for options and quantity. We might’ve been late at 8.30a

Location was convenient to the interstate. I had a loaded truck and trailer which the staff helpfully guided me to a spot which was monitored overnight - relieving my mind tremendously. The room was quiet and clean and well supplied. The breakfast was quite good for the times - fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, etc.
